The Coaching Manual レビュー 

As the DOC of my local club we introduced The Coaching Manual into our club 3 years ago.. It is a fantastic coach education tool as well as a day to day session planner. Every session is age specific which helps coahes at all age groups.
The staff are extemley helpfull and the price is very reasonable.
I would definately recommend for clubs or indvidual coaches.

Coaching in NE India is a challenge, getting coaches to commit to a session plan, to a schedule for developing players is even harder. The Coaching Manual solved my problems giving me a great resource to help and train the coaches I have responsibility for (7 of them at present).
Of particular use to us have been the season plans - we extend the 12 week plans to include specifics of our team values, style and tactics. It gives a good technical guide to so that my coaches who are taking licences under the AIFF are well prepared mentally as well as physically etc. for the licensing course.
Well worth the charge, with supportive and helpful staff. I cannot recommend it too highly.

Exceptional resources as a parent stepping up to coaching for the first time. Everything is neat, tidy and easy to find.

Theres a lot of tactics, sessions and help though it’s not overwhelming. It’s managed into areas which allow you to have as much or as little as you need to start.

The content is relevant up to date and so easily accessible. All facets are covered and can save a busy coaching team so much time without compromising on quality. Would love to bring the players in on this

The planned sessions are brilliant. As a new grassroots coach to a under 10's team, I was very nervous of what sessions take. I am a father who stepped up to take a group of kids that haven't played in a team before except 1 player. we started in Feb 2023 and since then with the help of TCM we have managed to gain back to back promotions in our first 2 seasons as a team. the players have developed so much and really enjoy the sessions. This year I used the winter training programme for my age group and with us only having 1/6 of a full size pitch to train on, these planned sessions were an absolute god send and fitted the limited space sessions. I always use TCM and would fully recommend it any parent stepping up to take on a team full-time 👍

There are a lot of coaching resources available online, I haven't tried them all, but i've explored many of them and I can say that the Coaching Manual is the most comprehensive platform for football (soccer) coaches. It provides a lot of great resources for new coaches, buy even experienced coaches that have been coaching for many years will find great resources such as training guide, team management, season management, tryout resources, game strategy, and much more. I love it.

The most valuable aspect of The Coaching Manual is the detailed coaching points and demonstrations in the accompanying videos of how and when to deliver them. Martin Hunter's videos are particularly good.

The coaching manual is a great tool to help streamline session planning and build player development on any area of the game. This has helped me a great deal in conjunction with coach development and training. I highly recommend this platform.

I utilise a standard package. Though given 5*s there is still room for improvement by TCM.

The good: the website. It’s very good, easy to navigate and clear what you can and cannot do (higher level subscription required). The content is quality, easy to navigate with helpful age and content tags to assist you. Not only a general description of what the drill is and how to achieve it, you have “technical coaching points” that help you hone in on things - maybe even individualise a drill.

The improvement: the app. It starts off on a page you can only utilise when a higher level subscriber (my content). The weekly favourites are like on the website and the search and filtering is okay, you will still find what you need. Takes longer to load than on the website on your phone.

Even with these minor improvement suggestions…the content quality alone is worthy of 5*s and I look forward to more drill ideas to steal!!!!

The coaching manual is a great platform that not only inspires but also educates, offering invaluable resources for our coaching teams. A playbook for inspiration and learning. It brings our coaching squad together, helping us share practice ideas and game plans for the season ahead. It's a real game-changer for our team!

Amazing platform with some of the best coaching information you can find anywhere.

Fantastic tool for coaches at all levels or stages in their coaching career. Content is easy to understand and can be adjusted to suit all players. Coaches are always available to help aswell.

This platform has been a game changer for me when planning my sessions. I no longer stress about finding content and constructing an entire session from the ground up. The Coaching Manual pulls it all together for me in an organized format, I make any changes to ensure it's appropriate for my group, and I'm ready to go. A must for anyone who loves to coach but doesn't have hours each day to plan out sessions!

As someone new to this industry it helps alot to have that support on tap be that virtually!

Great website and resources, just the app experience is clunky and not the full functionality.

Easy to find football practices for all ages. I couldn’t do without now. Good content and videos to watch. I like the key points as well. Explaining every techniques. I don’t use it for everything, only coaching plans. Like it a lot.

Absolutely love this platform! I've been using it to coach teams in our youth program for several years now from U10 through U19. It has greatly enhanced my coaching ability which in-turn has had an amazing effect on my players. I've seen much greater engagement/enjoyment from my players since I started using it and the rate of development has been fantastic. There are so many sites that offer great drills but the content here including the insight into the psyche of players at different ages, best practices as a coach to message correctly, and the level of expertise they bring in to create the content is outstanding. I find the season plans to be a great tool as well, taking a lot of the guess work out and creating a practice session that builds from one activity to the next. And, it's easy to pick from different sessions if it becomes apparent that we need to work on a different topic that week than what's "next up". I recommend it to all of the other coaches I work with! Thank you for the great work you put into this!
