Cornwall Hamper Co. レビュー 

I ordered a pack of six Cornish pasties on ebay but cancelled my order within ONE HOUR of ordering. After not receiving confirmation of my cancellation I sent them messages via ebay messaging which were totally ignored. I subsequently gave them a negative review on ebay. FOUR DAYS LATER I received a message via ebay that it was too late to cancel. No direct communication from the Company has been received and despite them saying it was too late to cancel, no pasties have been received by me. UPDATE: I have now received a full refund.

Very difficult company to get hold of. I tried e-mailing, calling and messaging on Instagram to double-check they had amended the recipients postcode (which had accidentally auto-filled with my home postcode when placing the order). They eventually did pick up however the next issue we then had was that the hamper wasn’t delivered on the date selected (relatives had waited in all day for it). Again, no communication from the business and no reply to calls and e-mails to find out what had happened.
The only e-Mail we then had was from the courier service to say it was on an overnight delivery service and would be with the recipients by the following day.
This did happen however I cannot get anyone from the Cornwall Hamper company to return my calls or e-Mail to address my concerns.
It’s a shame as we wanted to support a small business but in this case, it backfired.

My partner ordered a hamper if pasties and a cream tea for my mum.She was brought to tears because the present was so lovely and reminded her of her beloved Cornwall , even though she lives in Hampshire now

I purchased a Cornish clotted tea hamper with clotted cream fudge however the fudge did not arrive. I emailed and 13 days later got a reply to say that they would refund me for the missing item however it’s been over a month now and I still have not received anything. I chased up the refund a week ago but have not had a reply.
I ordered this particular hamper specially because of the fudge so was disappointed that I did not receive it.

It is a shame as I have previously ordered from this company and did not have any issues then.

Was given two vouchers as a gift, spent over 4 hrs over the period of a week trying to place orders without success as website kept cancelling vouchers even though transaction was not completed. Gave up in the end and placed Oder by phone using one voucher, but this was not easy as they had to ring back after checking that voucher had not been used! Received goods today but very short shelf life on several item, on cheese expires tomorrow. ONE DAY AFTER RECEIPT. 😬😬😬 NOT GOOD

Ordered and paid for an electronic gift voucher but it has never been sent and only get automated response to emails.

Ordered a Christmas hamper for my Dad and had to change the delivery address last minute. The hamper was immediately dispatched to the new address and my Dad was delighted with the contents! Also got a call from a lovely lady to confirm this had happened. Great service and products and reasonably priced for the quality. Would definitely recommend!

First time user and couldn't be more impressed. Spent morning scanning websites for my parent's annual Christmas Hamper as look to try something new every year. Viewing many websites offering £20 of food plus extra £20 for a cardboard box. The Cornish Christmas Hamper with Prosecco £55 for me was by far the best value for money and the best range of products I found. The website was easy to use and, as my parents live in Cornwall, they will be thrilled we are supporting local company. I suspect that in the next few years we will the entire range!!!

I ordered a cream tea hamper for 2 for my parents, to arrive in January just after a bit of a wash out Christmas( thanks Covid!) to cheer them up. I'm only just writing this review as I forgot at the time, I'm sorry, but remembered as I'm back again to send another 😁. From my point of view, I thought the prices were excellent, I loved that I could add extras, which I did ( mince pies, saffron cake, butter). It arrived on time.
In my mums words: ( from her message to me)
"Hamper just arrived. Thank you so much! So much more useful than the usual sort of hampers! Dad is thrilled with his giant Cornish pasties. His favourite. Unfortunately the clotted cream probably mine ... 😉. It was very cold in a box with padded silver lining which I have saved to deliver meals in!" ( they do this for elderly in their church)
The next day I got:"Scones were very good xxx."
Then: "the hamper was superb! Finished off the cream with some banana today! Still got the cake but the scones and mince pies were super. Dad has had the pasties 2 lunchtimes .. he loves them. In fact so impressed I sent a smaller version to a fed up friend! "
5 weeks later she sent me a photo of the box and wrote: "This is the box the afternoon tea came in! It brilliantly keeps meals hot and also yesterday frozen stuff cold!"
So thank you very much! Now off to send my dad some pasties for his birthday and as a bonus my mum will get a box 😂

Website was challenging, I wanted to order fruit scones but couldn't see how to do this so ended up ordering plain. However, the delivery and contents were well received.

Wonderful hamper. Well worth the money. Delivered exactly as promised. This is not the first time I have ordered and I will definitely be doing so again.

Hampers ordered for friends and relatives. Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed the Cornish wares (most raved about the scones in particular!) and delivery seemed prompt and well informed.

Have only rated 3* this time as the cream tea that I ordered along with some other items was not up to standard as there were no scones and this was an anniversary gift for my sister and brother in law!

I purchased the Cornish cream tea and pasties for my son and daughter in law. They were very pleased with it. The pasties and scones and cream were delicious

The hamper was a birthday present for my daughter in law so I didn’t see it but I was told it arrived promptly, was beautifully packed and the cheeses I selected were greatly appreciated. They particularly enjoyed the smoked cheese. I will consider purchasing another hamper in the future .

Easy to order, great gift, fast delivery and a good price. Would use this company and recommend to friends and family.

I ordered early for a retirement. It didnt arrive on the date i wanted.
It has been the only order that has been late. I was very disappointed as it was late for their retirement day.
