Hi Ilona, We completely understand that having printable content would make studying more convenient for some learners, let me pass on your feedback to our team and see if we can add elements to our product roadmap to improve the experience. We can provide additional downloadable content to students where accessibility support is requested. We also appreciate that many of our learners juggle work and studies and we will take on board your suggestion about extended support hours. While our team mainly operates during standard business hours, we’re working on improving response times and expanding our self-service resources to so that you can find support and answers to your queries quickly.
