Great detailed learning material, well strcutured to capture the essence of ESG including practical informations, which makes it easy to be able to apply it in practice.

I have just completed the AI governance course, which was a great introduction to the key concepts of AI and how to both integrate them in corporate governance as well establishing a governance and risk management framework around AI.

Great service and excellent course content

Just completed the course and came away a little disillusioned (just an online badge, not even a certificate with accreditation details?). Contentwise, I have mixed feedback. Some modules (board dynamics) were very basic, others (risk, reporting) more informative. Fairly UK focused, less useful for continental Europe where boards operate very differently. My main concern however is that the materials are completely outdated - it is almost 2025 and there are no updates since 2023 - hence no mentioning of, say, CSDDD requirements, or the growing divide between US (ESG backlash) and EU, plus implications for multinational corporations. I would have preferred more strategic considerations worthy of Board dialogue.

I recently completed the corporate governance course with distinction, and I must commend the exemplary structure and content of this program. The course significantly enhanced my understanding of governance principles, particularly in the realms of strategy and risk management. These topics were not only thoroughly covered but also presented in a manner that deepened my interest in the field.
The flexibility of the course allowed me to engage with the material at my own pace, which greatly facilitated a comprehensive and in-depth learning experience. This aspect was particularly valuable, as it enabled me to balance my studies with other professional commitments without compromising the quality of my education.
Overall, this course has substantially contributed to my knowledge and competence in corporate governance, equipping me with the skills and insights necessary for effective decision-making and strategic oversight. I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking to advance their expertise in corporate governance.

It was packed with a lot of needed information. I also like that there is a lot of support from The Corporate Governance Institute during and after the course. The fact that it is self paced doe not mean you are on your own. i would totally recommend this course.

The level of Support given to me as I missed the deadlines was so encouraging: I have sought an extension on my ESG Diploma and awaiting it's process but Its worthy of mention, the invaluable Course content materials and resources is a huge wealth of guide to making me a Thought Leader in this Globally relative Subject matter!! I however, should mention that a bit more Audio visuals could please be applied in delivery of course contents( in Podcasts, videos etc) as this will broaden accessibility that caters for the diverse needs of Students. Overall, I recommend the ESG Dip as a go-to.

The contents were well researched and explained. The presentation outline is very good. I was able to understand within a short time, standards that once looked very abstract.

This is a five-star course. I enjoyed the opportunity to consolidate my knowledge and the learning experience. But, because little things also count there are allways opportunities to improve. Sometimes, the links provided didn’t work (resulting in messages such as "page not found"). Also here and there are formatting issues (Numbering of items and paragrphs) that could lead to confusion, such as in Module 6 (step-by-step guide to developing an effective strategic plan) were it is mentioned that there are 7 steps when in fact they are 8. Other then that I like the practicality (without minimizing the academic quality). I enjoyed the up-to-date examples and the full set of videos and resources made available to me. Where do I start? The CGI Diploma in ESG is so well thought out and slick! It is extremely well structured and self-paced. A very structured course with precision and a good way of explaining the content.

The online course, which is excellently maintained led me to my flawless learning and assessment within 6 weeks!

ESG is a must for the future, and I highly recommend undertaking this diploma from The Corporate Governance Institute. The digital content is excellent, with clear explanations and links to valuable resources.

I have also enrolled to be a Premium Member within the CGI and, of course, recommend this course to anyone wanting to follow this path.

Excellent programme, modules delivered by experienced speaker followed by excellent presentations to support learning and assessment. I would recommend this programme for anyone working at director level and above and for anyone thinking of NED roles

I'd recommend this course. The content was very up to date and relevant. The self-paced nature of the course coupled with ample time to check on learnings were also very beneficial.

Completing this program marks a significant milestone in my journey toward becoming a leader in corporate governance. Experienced lecturers, good material and covered all aspects of corporate governance. 10 weeks was perfect length to cover the course. Nice to link up with members on my cohort!
