My experience with The Dental Doctors has been extremely disappointing, and I feel it’s important to warn other practices. After paying nearly £3,000 for a recruitment service, the candidate placed with us resigned within the first month. The candidate we were supplied was nowhere near the standard we were promised. In our experience, she lacked the skills, knowledge, and professionalism expected of a Treatment Coordinator, and was unable to perform key aspects of the role. This fell far short of what we were assured during the recruitment process.

We were then offered a service credit for training as part of their replacement guarantee. However, despite repeated attempts over several weeks to arrange the promised training for our Treatment Coordinator, we received no further response. The credit has been impossible to use, and we have effectively been left out of pocket with no service delivered.

A recruitment partner should be reliable, communicative, and honour the guarantees outlined in their own contract. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I would strongly advise other practices to stay away.

I attended a 2 day training course with Robin and Daniel. The content in the course was great and implemented techniques as soon as I went back to my practice. I also learnt how to use the Gold Card referral system which has allowed us to get a lot more patients through the door. Great team💪

This philosophy continues seamlessly with the clinicians. They take their time to deeply understand the patient — their needs, their wishes, their goals — and tailor the treatment accordingly. It’s never about pushing an agenda. It’s about doing what’s truly in the patient’s best interest.

Even after seeing the dentist, the Treatment Coordinators continue this same standard of personalised and compassionate care. They recognise something essential — you’re not just treating teeth, you are treating the human being attached to them.

Every team member is carefully selected and shares the same values of delivering outstanding care. Mark is an exceptional leader, and alongside Robin, Chris, Matty, Jack, Sophie, everyone is incredibly supportive, passionate, and committed to your professional growth.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such a remarkable team. I would highly recommend The Dental Doctors to any dentist who is committed to delivering world-class patient care and wants to take both their clinical and non-clinical skills to the next level.

The two day training course was brilliant. I gained great knowledge on ethical sales within dentistry. The trainer kept us engaged and interested at all times and was quick to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend!

So far really happy with this company, communication has been good 👍🏼 and they are efficient… started the aligner system, can’t comment fully but going well thus far.
