Needed help getting my website revamped. Not sure what I wanted, but Jacob was great and helped me out! The site looks great! I got quick responses, and everything I asked for was taken care of and then some.
I never had to double check anything, other than make a few tweaks which also were fixed in a timely manner.

Had a need for a piece of specialized code for our business's Shopify - quick quote - quick turn around. Documentation of what was done could have been a bit more thorough, but overall happy with the results.

After visiting their website, I reached out to them and found them very professional. A team of three people connected with me throughout the project and kept me well-informed about the process and all approvals needed from my side. I found them incredibly professional. Don't do it. They may be good at designing web sites, but if you ask them to do updates, revisions, or work after the fact, they will not discuss quotes upfront, and charge you ridiculous rates. If you push back on their practices or their rates, they will use high pressure sales tactics and threats to try to get you to pay. They say they are based in Delaware, but they are all overseas. Language is a major issue.

Our website was hacked, and it would not have been had designocracy on their work properly.

I hired Designocracy to create a logo for a new business I was starting. I am very particular, because a logo is the first impression a customer will see that represents your business. The logo had to be very professional looking and reflect exactly what the business is. I worked with an extremely talented designer named Jacob; he was awesome! He had me complete a form asking questions about the business before designing the logo, so that he would have an idea of what it should look like. He created an incredible logo!!! I was very pleased with the logo design. He was great to work with and very prompt in his communications. This was all done by text and email communications, as we live in different states. I plan to use Desigocracy for future media needs for my business. Highly recommend Jacob and Designocracy.

We have interviewed and pilot tested over eight different companies, before deciding to work exclusively with Designocracy. They have been responsive, proven themselves competent and have, in my opinion, gone the extra mile to make sure we are getting what we need and want, and even go above and beyond, being patient and in suggesting changes and/or enhancements that we never thought to ask for or expected.
