The Dinner Detective is America's largest interactive true crime mystery comedy dinner show! Solve a hilarious and engaging mystery while you feast on a fantastic dinner. Just beware! The killer is hiding somewhere in the room, and you may find yourself as a Prime Suspect! Our show is very different from traditional true crime mystery dinner shows. We will hide non-costumed actors in the audience that are pretending to be part of the crowd. This results in a much more social and interactive evening than with other shows. Our shows are set during the present day and take place in real time. Over the course of the night, our costumed Detectives will uncover clues, interrogate audience members that may or may not be part of the show, and help everyone get closer to solving the mystery.

I honestly had high expectations based…
I honestly had high expectations based on the reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. From the start, the event felt disorganized. The seating arrangement was confusing, and we weren’t clearly guided on how the interactive part was supposed to work.
The dinner was underwhelming. The food was served lukewarm and didn’t have much flavor. For the price of the ticket, I expected something much better in terms of both quality and portion size. The bar service before the show was slow and crowded, which set a frustrating tone for the evening.
As for the show itself, it just didn’t feel engaging. The storyline was difficult to follow at times, and the audience interaction felt awkward rather than fun. There were long stretches where not much was happening, and the pacing made the night drag on.Overall, it didn’t feel worth the money. I went in expecting an entertaining and immersive experience, but left feeling disappointed and underwhelmed.
