Out of curiosity I called their number as they were all over Facebook videos and the service was relevant to me. I was dubious but I spoke to someone and got some really useful free advice. Totally free. It was very useful and reassuring.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient in dealing with my issue.

Would have liked a little more info on resigning as a sole director. Seems there is conflicting information for this from different sources. But will try to resolve my issues with the suggested ask creditors to cause business to clise.

Hard to believe in today's rather ruthless mercenary times, there is an organisation such as this who genuinely help for free. Superb. Always.

Following the collapse of a high profile (televised) business David helped me find a workable solution. For years been left feeling isolated, helpless and slogging to survive in this climate a call began the process of choosing to liquidate. This was definitely the best thing for us and using TDHL helped overcome the overwhelming feeling of failure.
