Unfortunately, due to supplier delays at the time, we were unable to fulfil your order and issued a refund. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and do everything we can to get products back in stock.

Our soft chews can sometimes take up to 4–6 weeks (and sometimes longer) to start showing desired results , depending on the individual dog and their situation. As it hasn’t yet been a month since your order, it may simply need a little more time to take effect.

That said, every dog is different, and if after a full trial you’re not happy, you’re fully covered by our money-back guarantee. Please feel free to contact us at enquiries@thedogdoctors.co.uk with your order details and we’ll be happy to arrange a refund for you.
