I ordered a gift for my partner I selected gift wrap and done a personalised ribbon .it came in a box stuffed in brown paper . So now I have a day to go & get wrapping paper etc as I don’t have time to go to their store . Offered me nothing for inconvenience just money back for ribbon & paper .disappointment

Been using for a while now and I had stubborn stains from tea and being an x smoker . Nothing worked. Seen a 50% improvement in this . I now use the whitening strips , strawberry toothpaste, blue powder & the gum serum & the pen ….Massive improvement. . 1st & only thing that’s worked for me . I will say CONSISTENCY is key 👍🏼

I’ve been buying from BS for a while now & they too saved me how do you explain that ? I work from home and don’t get the chance to go out much and my vit d levels were very low even after being prescribed “sunshine vit “ from my doctor . USLESS . After a month my vit d levels are normal . My partner has RLS & would twitch in his sleep I got him the magnesium glycinate & it’s totally stopped , better sleep for me & him . I also buy other stuff from this company Inc collagen and they’re fantastic . Thank you British supplements you all do a great job 👏

Yusuf & Jay came and collected my sofa for me this morning even though we had no packaging & it was still assembled. They could have sad no. Wayfair had caused 48 hours of stress . They were nice and early ( AIT ) friendly & polite blokes & sofa was gone before new one turned up . Really appreciate it guys . Thanks again 👍🏼

Chad from the beginning. Two blokes put it together told us legs were missing . Then I realised the legs were in the sofa after watching the video . Took 2-3 hours to explain and sort with Wayfair . Now I have organised a collection but bloke can’t take it as no packaging ( took away yesterday as I paid them to assemble it ) I want a refund for the inconvenience can’t get through to no one but a stupid robot . Waiting to Spk to the boss or I will be getting in touch with the ceo . Awaiting to hear from you .

Been waiting for a parcel for 2 weeks. Went in no managers avalible . Spoke to “Ezra” stupid robot 100 times. They’re due today but other parcel still says on its way . I don’t know why company’s can’t stick to Royal Mail , dpd etc . No one has got back to me so I’m paying for something that looks as if it’s been stolen where else can it be . Everyday you e said you will get back in touch I’ve heard nothing . Seller won’t refund as raised a dispute PHONE ME or you gona do nothing. ?get in touch don’t make me laugh
