Ordered plenty of eco products including reusable san pro which was cheap but great quality. Washes well and keeps its shape and comfort. Plenty of discount available. Very pleased.

There had been a bit of a mix up with my order, but as soon as I contacted the eco shop to let them know they sent out a new one and kept me updated on what had happened. The products were great and 5 out of 5 for customer service, particularly when things have gone a little bit awry.

Great service - I received someone else's order in error but it was quickly resolved without question. I ordered some bulk Onya reusable bags & bread bag and am very pleased so far.

Fantastic bread bag. Great quality and plenty big enough. I have a bread maker and the bag will fit two loaves in easily. Very pleased and love the fact that it was once several plastic bottles!

It is two weeks ago I ordered my items. I have called in several times and sent several emails and no one is coming back to me to inform me what happened with my order.
Customer service is terrible.

Ordered some of their reusable sanitary towels and a kitchen sponge.
Everything was delivered super quickly and with recyclable packaging and the products themselves are great! I just got a few to try out for now but will definitely be buying more and other products from here in the future.

Very good and friendly staff

First time I used the egg was surprised at how good it was but the aroma needs tweaking up somewhat as I like my clothes to smell lovely.

I am very happy with this purchase. I got the Planet Detox Soap Bar and the EcoLiving Wooden dish brush replacement head (which I just use on its own). Both are working really well, I do think the soap works better with a regular sponge, but I use both depending on what I'm washing up. Zero plastic packaging and arrived after just one day!
