The Electric Blind Company レビュー

Love love love my new bi fold door blinds, the whole experience from start to finish is first class as is the quality of the end product. Highly recommend!

Excellent service - personal and great attention to detail.

Our blind is the perfect solution for our large 3.5m x 2m South facing Office window. It was installed neatly and functions excellently

We are super happy with our blinds. Very high quality product and excellent service from Chris, Jack and Dawn. A couple of minor issues with the initial fit were resolved quickly and efficiently. Obviously not the cheapest but I feel we have blinds that will last for years so good value. Overall highly recommended.

I was very happy with the complete service provided. After my first enquiry, I was given great advice and assistance and my fabric samples arrived promptly. Once I made my decision, I received my quote which was very competitive.
From that point, the team at the Electric Blind Company coordinated directly with my builders whilst keeping me fully informed. Everyone has been incredibly polite, efficient and helpful and I am delighted with my new blinds.
I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Excellent service, from start to finish. The blind we ordered even came a week and a half earlier than we had originally booked.
Incredibly neat and discreet design and the battery powered option is great as we didn’t need to install any electrics.
Communication was easy and they were always quick to reply.
Well done Electric Blind Company.

Really pleased with my electric blinds and fitting was done very professionally and quickly. Great friendly customer service .

Excellent quality product, well fitted, super customer service.

Great quick response to problem with a blind which was sorted the following day. Very reliable service and highly recommend

Great customer service, came out and repaired a blind at no charge even though it was wear and tear, fully recommend

We purchased blinds in 2021 from the electric blind company.
The blinds look great and work well.
The process of purchasing the blinds was excellent. They came to do a proper survey with a large number of samples to help choose fabric desired and exact locations of blinds.
They left a pack of samples with us and didn’t pressure us -which we appreciate.
Once we had decided, they manufactured and installed them quickly and efficiently.
The installation staff and the admin staff have all been excellent.
We can’t rate this company highly enough.

Great experience with the company; priced reasonably. Flexible about solutions and end product exceeded expectations. Have recovered the use of a room that was too hot to use!!

We found The Electric Blind Company through recommendation of our contruction firm. We were very pleased with their pro-active service. They were fast, reliable, in time and all worked out perfectly. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Good service.

I was very pleased with the service and product. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Good quality product and responsive/helpful team

Great service from initial consultation to fitting. Quality product and excellent customer support throughout to final fitting of 3x 2.5m triple remote controlled blinds. Very happy customer.

Great product and service... everything happened as promised and on time. Great communication which is sadly lacking these days.

A great experience! Customer service was very good and expectations exceeded as the installation was able to be done a little earlier than originally proposed. We are very happy with the product and will certainly be ordering more in the future.

The team at The Electric Blind Company were fantastic, rapid detailed response to my initial enquiry, everything happened precisely when they said it would from initial survey to install, plus friendly and professional throughout.
