I like the website ! it provides a variety of services and it is so easy to use ! they offer some real good specials from email marketing to google adwords and email marketing. All in all, the experience is so satisfying !

Poor pre sales, tried for 2-3 weeks to get information regarding colocation, gave up after no one ever called me or emailed me back

Asked for support and help - got none.
Completely unhelpful

You web pages are fail to load or are very slow. Your links lead to page not found errors. When replying to your emails they bounce. Cheap for a reason. Your own webpages and email experience is the perfect advertisement for the level of service to expect.

Billed me twice. Delivered nothing. Couldn't make it up how bad they were/are.

Told me that iit was Stripes fault. Said they had no control over authorisation vs capture. Said I had to wait for an automatic refund whne it expired.

They are cheap proably because they are awful.

EDIT: If by "within minutes" you mean a day and a half later after billing me a second time, then sure.

Good quality service and excellent response from support when issues arise. Would recommend.

This hosting is fast and responsive whenever i contact them and their pricing policy is simple and affordable for the webmasters with tight budget. Their tech staff is helpful for me and they are skillful and knowledgeable

the process was simple and straightforward. Text on the site was friendly and pleasant. Help was easily reachable. I was transferring a domain and particularly liked having the lock/unlock check right there, with an option to refresh in place. And I really appreciate the warning that I was running out of refresh attempts. One thing I'd suggest is to advice that it can take up to a few minutes for a recently-unlocked domain to become unlocked.

I transferred my domain and hosting from godaddy to the email shop. Everything was smooth and clear. No data loss was my amaze. support guided me and helped me throughout the process.

Well, there are a few very good things here, that makes me give good rating.

1. I didint see any hidden fee, everything is pretty clear.

2. There’s a free protection app which is a big plus too.

3. I got upto 70% off.

I used Theemailshop for choosing a domain name for my dropshipping store. No problems at all. As I know there are some resellers but I bought a domain directly from theemailshop as heard before that it will be easy for me to get support in the future. Hope everything will be good

I BUY MY DOMMAINE AFTER 1 HOUR AGO BUT MY DOMMAINR NOT WORK NOW

I transferred my domain in April 2020, all seemed to be going well and was waiting for the dns to be propagated.. Opened ticket after ticked explaining that the dns is not being propagated, showing them a huge amount of evidence which they obviously never even looked at. Fobbed me off time and time again. Put in a ticket in July (yes 3 months after transferring and still not propagated) to be told someone is looking into it and will get back to me. I thought I'd see how long that took, but gave up in September (with the ticket still open awaiting them). Now in the process of transferring my dns to another company that I know will care.

The pre sales help was really good and all of my questions were answered straight away

Excellent and responsive service all through a warm, sunny weekend and in face of a lot of difficulty I was having extracting my existing email from the previous provider.

What a difference The Email Shop made when compared to the largely unresponsive, script-reading US-based hosting provider trying to charge me more than three times what The EmailShop were offering me...
