Simple to sign up and clear pricing for email hosting ..

Website is very informative. Call to helpline initially went to answerphone, which was confusing given the website states 24/7 support. Then used chat, which was responded to quickly (initially by bot, then human) and I finally got someone to ring me, which I always find easier. All queries answered friendly and professionally.

Simple setup, first rate tech support

Loved the online support which guided me through the whole process from selection of package to final setup.

As a total beginner, when BT totally messed up my domain, James and Paul were amazing, answering all of my stupid questions via chat and guiding me through the set up process which was really fast and simple.

Very reasonable pricing with very good downtime. Especially the live support team is very active and helpful.

Before this hosting, I was using another hosting company with whom my experience was very bad that's why I decided to transfer here to theemailshop.co.uk , which was I think my best decision as the support team helped me with all the process in transferring here and setting up and now my business is up and good to go.

TheEmailShop suspended our account twice without warning or proper explanation. When we tried to transfer away from them, the messed us about for 6 months before we had the domain removed from them.

I have been with theemailshop for almost a year and all i can say is i would never look at another company for our business emails. Never any down time and when i've had issues through my own fault, they were excellent and very efficient at getting me back up an running.

Purchased VPS Power package and the pricing and customer services are excellent and hoping to have the uptime great as well.

Useless time wasters, I have made payment but never got the service activated, instead, I was labelled a fraud. I received no justification or apology when i contacted the support service.

Ooh, I was told "We will refund you!".

What a service!

Let down by poor customer services!
Although they have a telephone help line, it is never answered, only giving a "all staff busy" message. Voicemails are never replied on. Online chat staff lack in knowledge and are very slow to comeback on the issues they weren't able to solve. If you can do without customer support the service and the control panel are adequate, although somewhat outdated and confusing. The pricing is competitive.
Have been a user for about a year now.

***Update 29.07.2019: emailed the company yesterday using their web support form about transferring another domain over - no reply! However very quick to reply on Trustpilot, almost instantaneous!

Very good helpful service may consider moving later this year.
