Bought 6 bottles of rose wine on 31/5/25 which were delivered 10/6/25. There was a delay due to a mix up our end with email address. Guy was very helpful and got things sorted. We did have to keep chasing them though.
Wine was delivered well packed.

After several emails and attempted calls regarding my order which has been paid for on 30.04.25, no replies and no answer.
Currently this website seems like a con.

Where is my order? (EWC5308)

Can someone have the decency to either call or email me back please.

Update on my experience - after leaving bad review here communication was spot on. My order was delivered yesterday and the wine was superb.
I was happy to wait for order but when you get no response its a worry - hopefully the company has now sorted this as the Ortega 2023 I bought is quality

I placed an order on the 22 of Jan for a case of nyetimber blanc de blanc order number EWC-5125 and have still not received it.
After raising this with the company I have received on generic email and no reply to any of my communications since.
There are no contact numbers to be found.
Please rectify this asap as it is for a 60th birhday celebration.

I was so excited to place an order for my first set of Reidel wine glasses! However, over a week and half later I still don’t have them. I’ve had no delivery notifications to say they have been sent out. I have sent a few emails asking about my delivery and I have been patient but had no replies at all. There doesn’t seem to be any other way to get hold of this company either! So, I’m reaching out on Trustpilot to kindly ask for a full refund ASAP. Order EWC5124.

Placed an order a week ago (05/12/2024) and have had nothing delivered yet despite the site saying it was in stock.
Have sent several e-mails and there is no phone number and the site chat is just a bot with pre-designed canned responses.
Would be good to talk to an actual human !!

I have bought from The English Wine Collection for many years now, and they are always helpful and professional. Everything is beautifully packaged and delivered, and they go over and beyond to provide an excellent service. I highly recommend them - especially for sending gifts!

I got a bottle of sparking wine to celebrate my new house. Wine arrived on time and as expected. Would use again if I want an English wine.

Great selection of English wine. I ordered the mixed case of white and sparkling rose. So brilliant to get a selection to taste! All arrived with no breakages and quickly. Very impressed, will order again. Thank you!

Don't use this company. I ordered 2 weeks ago and my order still hasn't shipped. I have used their chat service, which I get a reply saying the chat service is currently not working. I have tried emailing, with no replies and have messaged them through Shopify also with no replies. Since my initial email stating my order I have had no correspondence at all despite these many attempts to contact them. They take your money instantly and never send your order. I am now having to dispute this through my bank to retrieve my money.
