Dreadful automated service, poor communication with Open Reach
I have been waiting for an upgrade for about 6 months due to many cancelled appointments. I have lost count of how many telephone calls I've had with them and text messages. But in the region of about 30 or 40. They did pay me a small compensation at one stage. Even that was awkward to get! Now they have threatened me with non return charges of an item replacing a new one which I have not yet used, because I haven't been upgraded!
You will see a feedback below this. I followed the instructions and after about 40 messages going back and forwards from the Sky help team, I got nowhere! There is a saying that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. In this case, the left hand doesn't even know what the left hand is doing!
