Dreadful automated service, poor communication with Open Reach

I have been waiting for an upgrade for about 6 months due to many cancelled appointments. I have lost count of how many telephone calls I've had with them and text messages. But in the region of about 30 or 40. They did pay me a small compensation at one stage. Even that was awkward to get! Now they have threatened me with non return charges of an item replacing a new one which I have not yet used, because I haven't been upgraded!
You will see a feedback below this. I followed the instructions and after about 40 messages going back and forwards from the Sky help team, I got nowhere! There is a saying that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. In this case, the left hand doesn't even know what the left hand is doing!

Openreach have sent me 14 text messages…

Openreach have sent me 14 text messages and 15 emails. 3 days ago they wanted me to confirm a visit today. I did so. Then yesterday they thank me and confirm they will be here this morning. Meanwhile Sky send me a text and email asking me to get in touch. It turns out Openreach cancelled the contract late yesterday. Openreach couldn't even be bothered to tell me. So, I waste a morning and more importantly they will not be upgrading my fibre and they have yet to give me reason.

This is ongoing for a few months

This is ongoing for a few months. Constant requests about permissions to do work, several weeks ago, which have been sent several times from me and eventually they agreed they had it with a poor apology. Then said they needed permission from a 3rd Party. This was sent weeks ago. It was my neighbour. In addition I advised Sky (which was passed on several times) that, in any case, it did not need to go onto my neighbours property as they had no use for it. I have had numerous dates changed. I can find no way of contacting Open reach. As Open reach can't say who the 3rd party to me or Sky, they can say whatever they want. It seems to me that they are not accountable to anyone.

Great value with great service

This is a great, well organised, good value and helpful company. I'm a very casual guitarist, due to travel, so I use the most helpful and easy to use, and play along to and sing. It gives me pleasure (the main reason), but helps me improve.

Ignore this company

Ignore this company. I ordered Zopiclone and did not receive a confirmation. I tried to contact them - the phone number is missing a "0", but I tried by adding it and got a rather odd ringing tone and no response. I sent a message and got no response. I tried to find my order on their website, it wasn't there. I contacted PayPal to cancel payment. The products on PayPal were 2 things I've never even heard off! This company is either a scam or has a useless system!
My response to Zopiclone (10/06/25 at 14.07)
I have read their response (incidentally, about 6 weeks after the above was published) How can they check records? I've just read that Trustpilot will only forward full name, email, etc. if the reviewer agrees to it.
All of that said, today, I have just received a request from Trustpilot for the information. I have not replied to it yet. I have 3 days to do so. So, how can you claim I've given permission? I will wait until tomorrow and then will reply to Trustpilot. They will have a record of when I send this and when I give permission.
Incidentally, I've also received an email from a company with the same name as yours threatening to take me to court for cancelling a payment.
Update 24/06/25. In spite of their somewhat unpleasant attitude, I have done everything as requested by them and Trustpilot. Guess what? No response! I wish i could give them a minus star!

Excellent service for blood test

Excellent service for blood test.
In Plymouth my blood was tested by a delightful ex NHS nurse. She discussed things and made it all clear.
I sent the sample in and the results were emailed to me within 2 days.
They confirmed a slight problem which I suspected. Great service.

Ridiculous RIP OFF renewal

Simple reason for only 1*.
Norton asked for about £90 to renew. New customers pay £30. How can they justify that massive amount, i.e. 3 times? Lo and behold, after pestering me for a few weeks to renew at that ridiculous price, they offered me the same price as a new customer. What? Yep, £30. It's a disgrace. There are other businesses that ask less for new customers but nothing like the difference Norton does. Anyway, I decided to go with another company because I consider their attitude an insult.
