I have made several purchase and have always had excellent service.

I have ordered from Epicenter many times and have never had a negative experience. When I receive an order, I hold out one of each item to try-out, and store the remainder in our designated cold room storage for "a rainy day" in the future. The items are always given great care when being packed and shipped, and arrive in great shape. Epicenter has numerous taste tests on youtube.com, so you can see the food before you buy/eat it - a very valuable asset. I highly recommend Epicenter to any and everyone.

I was referred to TheEpicenter by a friend. I've used the Safety Place for emergency preparedness supplies before and while I have no complaints with them, I decided to give TheEpicenter a try on my friend's recommendation. I was shocked how fast I received my order from TheEpicenter. Their website is easy to use and navigate and the order was received quickly. They also tossed in a couple of sample items with the order which I feel underscore that they are 100% committed to customer service. I've already recommended TheEpicenter to my brother in-law and would recommend them to anyone else.

contents arrived on time, ordering was easy, box items shipped in was not sturdy enough for the weight of the contents. I do not think anything was damaged (hard to tell). Small item could have (but did not) fall out of damaged area of box.

I have ordered from Epicenter several times and will do so again based on their courtesy, timely delivery and freshness of product. I always phone order from Texas and have talked to nearly everyone, and they are all equally nice- One thing I really like is the fact that my shipment comes to the door double boxed. I know that has to be a bit more expensive, but it beats having a huge box marked Mountain House sitting out on your porch for everyone to see for a few hours. I have done comparison shopping and ordering from different vendors and EC is by far the most consistent in terms of delivery. I use them more than I use my Amazon Prime membership for freeze dried foods, and that is a real testament to the quality of their service.

I found what I wanted online. My ordered shipped out within hours and arrived very quickly. It was well packed and exactly as ordered.

Epicenter.com has great and sometimes hard to find items at truly a wonderful price. The youtube videos seem to be honest , are very informative,and entertaining. I recommend this company highly.

I did get what I ordered. I would advise people to look at the dates on the relatively perishable items (MREs and Components) especially if they are on sale. Some items may not store as long as you think. If there was a way to spend less on shipping, I would be willing to wait longer on my items.

We've been ordering MRE items from the Epicenter for several years now; they're used on hikes and outings. Great descriptions and ratings, straightforward pricing, prompt shipping and a decent selection makes shopping here great.

Out of 7 MRE's ordered, they sent me 1 that was wrong. The packaging was also inconsistent and not as displayed on the website. Some had cardboard covers with nutrition info, others had just a label, and one just had a tiny stamp of the name, no nutrition info.

All in all, the products themselves were fine, but their handling/presentation of the products was just disappointing and felt mediocre.

I recently placed my first order with The Epicenter. I decided to upgrade our family's emergency kit to supplies that were nutritionally complete and had expiration dates beyond grocery stocks. I was impressed with the lines of communication, as my order was processed and sent out, complete with tracking numbers for each box. They confirmed delivery electronically, and when I opened the boxes, was pleased to find that they took a significant amount of care to ensure that the packaging, which is esential to the expiration of the products, was not compromised. I did receive one emergency ration bar that had lost its vacuum seal, but of two cases of MREs, two cases of super-water, emergency water pouches, and ration bars, that was the only thing that was breached. I suspect there is some level of package failure inherent in the manufacture of these products. Shipping charges are significant, especially if you are used to free shipping everywhere you shop, but completely reasonable considering the weight of the materials, and the care taken with packaging. I have already recommended The Epicenter to my friends.

My order was filled and delivered without any problems. All the merchandise was in good shape. Their discounts helped a lot. Would purchase from them again.

I've only placed a couple of orders so far but they were filled and shipped in a timely manner. The prices were good as well. Very pleased thus far.

I left a review when I got my product but was asked to leave another. I am nearly finished with the 1st of 2 #10 cans of the Mountain House Chicken and Rice Military. I love it, it's quick to prepare and it's just good stuff. It's also versatile, I've added cheese, egg, extra chicken and even sour cream. The shipping was top notch as is the professionalism of the company.

I bought the parts to build a 12V vertical engine alternator to charge my batteries during cloudy weather at my off-grid home. They arrived quickly, everything was there and the thing works beautifully!! One should check the belt tension after running a few hours because it does wear in a bit, even using the matched pulleys. Otherwise no problem. I would say to other folks that contemplate this project, be sure to get the alternator that has one wire. Having to use a switch for the field is a cumbersome annoyance, and if the thing runs out of gas and one is not handy to shut it off, it will discharge quickly and heat the alternator up and run the batteries down.
