Amazing friendly service and advice! Needed a harness for my dog, who is long but lean in her body. I’ve bought a number of harnesses over the past few months none have been quite right, either rubbing & causing irritation or being to big. The Epicentre went to time and trouble to understand my concerns and identify the best harness for my dog. Result- A very happy pooch and owner 😊 Thanks

Bought a pair of Montane gloves, excellent price and fit.

Ordered a pair of ladies boots which turned out to be too small for me. I spoke with The Epicentre and they did not have my size available but I was able to return the original boots via Royal Mail who collected them from my home postage paid and a full refund was in my account within a couple of days. I would say that is excellent service.

Ordered online and got pair of shoes that must have been tried by customers like a hundred times already, dirty and squashed. They don't see anything wrong sending shoes worth 130 pounds to customers in that state, and according to the email I got they will do so again. Wont return the shipping and label printing costs.

Ordered some new winter hiking trousers at a fantastic price. They arrived really quickly (free shipping with my item - over £100) and in excellent condition. Will deffo shop here again.
