Always love these products! They arrive quickly and the extra bonuses are amazing! Also very handy when you're traveling to these small go-to sizes.

The best customer service, hands down. My order got lost my Canada post and when I reached out to the Facial Room, I got a response immediately. They resent my order right away without hesitation. Great website, super fast service and love the bonus gift

The shipping time was so fast, the Eminence products were of course amazing, but the best part was their customer service. The “free gift” promo wasn’t working properly so I took screen shots and sent an email- this was late on a Saturday night. The next morning (Sunday) I had an email from the CEO with an apology for the promo not working and a work around to still access the promo. The order came within a few days with a hand written note. Amazing!

First time I got a simple little age corrective starter kit as a present from my daughter. The result was noticeable. This was many years ago. I am an Eminence user since!
I trust this company and trust the product!!! It works!!!!

Your products are lovely and different than anything I have used before. Your customer service rep called me personally prior to shipping because I earned a free product and she wanted to make sure it was included.

I contacted customer service as I had a question and the lovely professional was very helpful, polite and has wonderful interpersonal skills.
Also, I love eminence products and I was given a free full-size product. Wow!
