Customer service was fantastic a very lovely woman helped me to get a new charger , she listened to me , sent the charger to me after I got home from vacation. I’m sorry I forgot her name , I wanted to write a review right away , although I found that difficult and gave up .

Titan Multiplatform device stopped work. Customer service representative was very helpful to try to troubleshoot but apparent the device was faulty. Quickly sent a new label to return the device.

My silkn led face mask stopped working, Jackie from the customer service department was wonderful. She guided me through troubleshooting and even calling me when I didn’t understand the instructions. Upon providing proof of purchase and effective warranty my issue was solved. I would definitely recommend to people. I’m not sure where all the bad reviews came from but my experience was great. I found it very hard to get a good connection for the tool to be able to zap the hair. Depending on how you needed to hold it, you couldn't see if it was ready to pulse or not.
