Easy and informative travel club

Fantastic - great deals on so much trips away, holidays etc. They break it all down for you with various options to travel from. Easy to use and follow. The emails and social media keeps you all informed and updated with trips that you can look into

Love the emails coming though!

Love the emails coming though!! The places The Family Travel Club are offering are amazing..got great ideas from them!
I am one of those people that can spend not just hours but weeks on searching best deal.. so this helps me so much!
Our next stop will be Lapland so keep those offers comming!! Love yas ❤️

As of now.. negative

As of right now, 24hours since sign up and payment taken, I haven’t recieved anything other than a receipt so I haven’t been able to see any deals or benefits. Concerned now that this a scam site? I supplied a help ticket but that has a 24-48h turnaround time so could take until some time Tuesday to receive a reply. I’ve also sent an Instagram message (had no reply) will update this review as appropriate.

Thank you for your feedback, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience so far. You should have received a welcome email straight after signing up, which includes your link to access the club. Sometimes these emails can be filtered into junk, spam, or promotional folders, so please do check there first.

If you still can’t find it, it may be that an incorrect email address was linked to your payment. In that case, please email membership@thefamilytravelclub.com with the subject line URGENT so we can prioritise your request. We are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries, but we’ll make sure this is resolved for you as quickly as possible.
