I purchased the membership on the 11…
I purchased the membership on the 11 November and did not receive a confirmation email. In addition I sent an email on the 11th November with proof of purchase also sent message through there website and on instagram and still no response. Total con artists would never recommend this company to anybody!

Refuse to reply to queries or requests for CRO/CRN validity. Don't give them your money
Save your membership money and look up your own deals. This "company" is taking membership fees and chancing their arm posting so called "deals"
Research them... something definitely not adding up... not affiliated with booking.com or Ryanair or whoever else they say... Bad form from these chancers!
Wow you do actually reply to customers.
Can you provide a CRN number for your business as this should back up your affiliation claims... @thefamilytravelclub

Thanks for sharing this feedback, I’m genuinely a little confused by it, so I wanted to reach out for clarity.
We do have affiliations with various travel platforms, including Booking.com, AttractionTickets.com etc and this is clearly stated within our club for all members to see. However, we do not have any affiliation with Ryanair, nor have we ever claimed to. This part of the feedback really surprised us, so if there’s a specific post or reference that led to this impression, we’d love to understand so we can address any confusion.
Regarding our deals and membership, I can confirm that we share 150+ travel deals every month from the UK & Ireland, along with money-saving discounts, FREE travel guides, FREE itineraries, and Holiday Giveaways often worth thousands. Members receive all of this for only £1/€1 per month, a very minimal fee for the volume of value we provide.
We’ve helped hundreds of families save significant amounts of money and time when planning their holidays, especially for Lapland, where many of our members have saved thousands through the deals we’ve sourced. We are incredibly proud of this.
Regarding your request for our CRN number, we operate as a sole trader business. We are not incorporated as a limited company, so we do not have a Company Registration Number (CRN).
As a sole trader in Ireland, we are registered with the Revenue Commissioners for tax purposes and operate in full compliance with Irish tax and business regulations.

Did not receive Social Media Guide but paid for it
I ordered a Social Media Guide but did not receive it, though payment was taken. When I sent an email to find out what happened it bounced back or simply directed me to their instagram page which does not allow comments and does not respond to messages unless you are a member. I would like a refund but there is no way to ask for one.

All guides are delivered automatically to the email address used at checkout, so we kindly ask customers to check their junk or spam folders as they can occasionally land there. Love the travel club I've had so many great and wonderful holidays since joining it take the hassle out of looking for deals and being able to get best places eat and go ect is so helpful and makes me stress free I love this club worth every penny

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are selling deals with the tagline ‘family friendly’ however most deals either start at the end of the school holidays or begin when schools are on, how on earth are you referring to these family friendly deals? I have tried reaching these guys via emails, insta messages but I am not getting any response. I want to get my membership cancelled immediately and the fee refunded, no further payment should taken next year as this membership renewal should also be cancelled. I am livid they are not monitoring their messages, maybe because they are just having fun collaborating a new deal…. Really disappointing

I’m truly sorry for the frustration you’ve had. We never want anyone to feel ignored or misled—especially in a community created for families. I’ve cancelled your membership, processed your refund, and made sure no renewal will be taken.
On the “family friendly” point: we do share school-holiday deals for UK & Ireland families throughout the year, including:
February Mid-Term / Half Term
Easter
May/June Half Term
Summer holidays (July–August)
October Half Term
Christmas & New Year
These go out in our member emails every month. We clearly tag them (e.g., “School Holidays,” “Half Term,” “Summer”) and include multiple airport options for both the UK and Ireland. Holiday-date deals can sell out quickly or jump in price, so we also share great term-time bargains to give families with flexible dates extra value—not to replace school-holiday options.
Members typically receive 150+ travel deals each month, along with exclusive discounts, free travel guides and itineraries, plus holiday giveaways. We keep the membership at £1/€1 per month to help families save time and money—but we understand The Family Travel Club isn’t for everyone.
We’re also improving our inbox processes so messages aren’t missed, with clearer tagging and faster response times.

So many great family deals, takes away the stress
Only joined today. Came across website on Instagram. I struggle to find time with 3 children under 8 to go through all special family offers. So happy to prescribe and get all offers through email . Hoping to book lapland in January for next year. And struggle to find the best offer. There were lots of options on there website.
