Ordered from the Chatham restaurant (via Just Eat) as a treat for the kids for their first week back at school. Was due to be delivered 7.20pm. By 7.50pm it wasn’t here so called restaurant to be told it hadn’t left but should arrive in 20 mins. Another 40 mins came and went so called back - was told order was still being cooked and should arrive in 30 mins. Still nothing - called again was told driver just around corner. Still nothing - called back told driver just left?? By this time the kids were climbing the walls. Called back to cancel and was told driver was in our road and would be there any second - still nothing! Unable to cancel order with restaurant call centre so had to go through Just Eat. Would never use again!! Treat ended up being beans on toast all around as too late to order from somewhere else. Disgraceful service!!

First order turned up 35 mins late and was stone cold (I am about a 5 min drive from the local restaurant). Was very rudely spoken to on the phone and was promised a fresh order would be sent out within 30 mins. I rang back after this time to be told it hadn't even left yet and would be at least another 15 minutes! What a joke, great way to run a takeaway

Ordered from here Saturday 2nd February 2019. Waited 2 and a half hours for my delivery but it never turned up. Phoned them to be told that the pizza had in fact been delivered, however we hadn't had it. Asked to be refunded and was told the refund had been processed and would be in my account within 5 working days. Its now the 11th February and still no refund. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Will not be ordering from them again!

Pizza was delivered well within the time limit. Was baking hot, good toppings and good quality. Only downside is they did not check my card.
