“Experience Raises Questions About Reliability”
I have now posted multiple reviews sharing my experience regarding FCIB, and I find it concerning that there has been no response or clarification from the company.
In my previous reviews, I described a situation where I had communication with individuals ներկայացing themselves as FCIB, yet later I was told that I was not in their system. This inconsistency remains unexplained.
At this point, I am not making any accusations — I am simply asking for transparency. If there has been a misunderstanding, or if impersonation is involved, it would be in everyone’s interest for the company to clearly address this.
The absence of any response raises further concerns about accountability and customer communication.
I remain open to clarification.i
