I placed an order on June 15th for store pickup in Lisbon. The website stated it would take 2 to 4 days. I proactively emailed and called to notify them of my upcoming travel plans. They completely ignored my emails. By June 23rd, still no news. I had to call the shop again today on June 25, only to find out the shoes were already there, but no one bothered to notify me or reply to my messages. When a store charges premium prices, you expect premium service, not to be completely ignored. Incredibly disappointed.
