The developing and scanning service is better value and faster than others I have tried. Can't wait to use the service again.

Great service! I sent my film off and within 8 days I have received a Dropbox link with my images. They look great. So fun to see you holiday photos on film rather than on your phone for once. Will definately use The Film Safe again.

This was my first time using The Film Safe, but when I sent off my film to them, I already knew it was going into safe hands! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the turnaround time was incredible too considering I sent them 5 rolls! Cannot wait to use this service again 😊

The Film Safe is a brilliant business with well priced services you can navigate through a simple website! They publish magazines and have a well curated Social media presence where they share all your work (should you please to show it there)! The scanning quality is fine even at their "standard quality" and they don't over-charge for pushing film (which is a big deal)
However I would recommend for the professional film user that they might find a different kind of service, where they'll have access to the FULL range of development and scanning types -including Slide Film development, and all sorts of scanning formats (such as LOG scans) on premium scanning equipment.
If that's a little over-kill you might only look to find a better scanning service for the simple reason that there's more than a 60% chance they might get you back your scans when they say they will! I get that this is a bit of a picky complaint but the way I see it is there's only a small line between casual and professional, and Film and Film Development services are sparse!
The Film Safe is a new business and I'm sure they'll eventually get round to improving on at least some of these fronts! It's still well worth a shot to discover this business though, I've often been surprised at what they can come out with.

I’ve used The Film Safe for some time now and I can hand on heart say I’ve never experienced such good service from a business. When first getting into film they helped with any questions I had or tips to improve and always took the time to go out of their way where they can. Jack, Hope and the dogs are always warm and friendly, and when dropping film in you immediately feel welcome. The service they offer is fast, informative and professional with quality throughout. Being updated on when your film should be ready to view straight away gives you an immediate build up to the day and provides you with a personalised feeling. The development itself is amazing and I can safely say that when receiving these latest rolls, for the first time in my very short amateur film hobby, have I felt like I’ve captured something that could be deemed as creative or artistic. Something I've always wanted to be and something which wouldn’t have been possible without The Film Safe.

Usually when I give my films to my local camera shop, there are some visible scratches or dust visible in the scan. Film Safe has developed and scanned my films with good care. Also the scan files are not shared via wetransfer where the link expires in a week or so, I've received a 1 year valid dropbox link which made me very glad! Thanks guys

A great experience! Seeing the scanned photos, it seems like I have returned to that time and place again. The film is really a beautiful memory, and the results of the scan are also very satisfactory. I will continue to patronize this store next time.
