Just received a present filled with different fudge. I can see why it's called the finest fudge company, absolutely delicious, best fudge I've ever tasted.

Order #49381. Shop had my previous address on their records despite me telling them to change it. I immediately emailed Finest Fudge as soon as I'd ordered to tell them the correct address. Heard nothing so emailed again the next day. Then I found out it had been delivered to my previous address so emailed again expressing my disappointment. Still no response. Terrible customer service to just ignore emails. I'd like a full refund please.
UPDATE
As advised I emailed them again straight away following their message and 9 days later I have heard nothing! Absolutely terrible service! Very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely spot on
Absolutely spot on! The fudge is delicious you can literally taste each flavour in the ones I picked (cherry Bakewell, rolo and salted caramel) honestly it’s mouthwatering you want more. I ordered these through TikTok on Monday evening and they arrived Wednesday. I’m very happy with my purchase and I’ll be more than happy to order again and let family and friends know about this company ☺️

6 bars of different flavours and all really tasty. Fresh made and although you have to wait for delivery you are updated when delivery due.

Fudge was ok bars where very hard and dry on outside, 1 block was refunded just couldn't eat it tasted like been made for a while not fresh at all.
My bars didn't look anything like they do on site.
Won't order again sorry

Best fudge out there!
The fudge is fantastic, top tier quality. I have made several orders and tried many different flavours and I've yet to be disappointed. I've never had a problem getting my orders and was a little surprised seeing some of the negative reviews.

Well we’re do I start avoid at all costs
Well we’re do I start I had been ordering this fudge for weeks half the time there was no filling in them what they actually show is fudge that’s packed with filling not till u get it either none in or very tiny bit secondly I ordered 2 more bars and they didn’t even post it out to me TT had to refund me the owner Lara has been ignoring my messages then I couldn’t even contact them as MIA blocked me for telling the truth James and alex always been nice anyways I would stay away from this company u Carnt even tell them what’s up cos I either got muted and then blocked the fudge it’s self is ok well that’s if there’s out in them lol

My second time of ordering and delivery was very fast this time - on the first occasion it took time, but as you state you’re a small-batch company I was expecting that so planned ahead.
The fudge itself is absolutely gorgeous to me, not too sweet or gooey- depending on what you order of course…!! Like the packaging and it always arrives intact.

Excellent quality fudge
Ordered an Easter pack for my husband who knows his fudge.
I ordered on the Saturday before Easter and got a dispatch notification on Monday which I was pleased about as I was hopeful of getting it for Easter. No further movement on the dispatch until Wednesday and notified by Royal Mail it not arrive until the Tuesday after Easter. I then looked at the shipping policy and it did say they were small batch business and lead times could be 3-5 days, I should have researched this before placing my order. The good news was it did arrive on Saturday of Easter weekend so all worked out.
Husband is very happy with the quality and taste so I’m happy.
I think the company should make it prominent on their website that they are a small batch company and delivery will not be instant, people will understand and manage their expectations and planning accordingly, don’t hide lead times, be proud it takes time to produce and deliver because the product is very good.
I will order again but will plan more time to ensure I don’t have to worry about it not arriving.

I’ve brought fudge from the Finest Fudge Co. on two occasions. It is some of the most delicious fudge I’ve ever tasted! The customer service is great and delivery time is quite quick. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

possibly the worst fudge I have ever…
possibly the worst fudge I have ever had, firstly all the paper they wrap the fudge in sticks to the fudge and is a pain to get off. the wife brought for me for Christmas and I have just chucked the last 2 bars away its that bad. Tesco bags of fudge are much better.

Beautiful fudge, packaged beautifully and tastes even better. Always on tiktok lives they run, always answer as many comments as they can and are always super polite. Lovely company, lovely staff and lovely fudge. I have had 1 block not arrive with one of my orders to which they had refunded me for, within around 24 hrs of receiving my initial message. Keep up the great work 👍 👏

Disappointing.
Disappointing.
Order 6 bars for friends, two were incorrectly packaged so wrong order was given out. Customer service didn’t really help. I found the fudge was not as nice as a previous order, but probably because I had to eat one I didn’t order myself due to the packaging errors. Wouldn’t purchase from here again as a result.

Delayed & disgusting
Ordered a special valentines themed gift a week before the day and the dispatch took so long, it arrived late. Waste of time and money ordering from them when they provide a themed gift but dont despatch in time (the courier delivered in good time, it was the company dispatch which took ages) When the fudge did arrive, it wasn't nice at all. Don't waste your money

All of our dispatch timeframes are clearly stated at checkout and on our website, and orders can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched, particularly during busy seasonal periods such as Valentine’s Day. Once dispatched, your order was delivered promptly by the courier within their timeframe.
We always recommend placing seasonal and themed orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
We’re sorry to hear the flavour wasn’t to your personal taste, as we know everyone’s preferences differ. However, we take great pride in our recipes and the quality of our fudge.

Would not recommend
I had ordered from this company and after waiting two weeks never received my order. I contacted them and was told they resent it and also provided a "full refund". By the end of the next week, I still hadn't received the reshipment and my refund was partial. I contacted them again and was this time provided the remainder of my refund and was again told they resent my original order. It never came. At least I got the refund.
