I’m having to post another review about this terrible company they tried to get my review taken off so it was flagged but since then trust pilot have reinstated it because I was being honest and truthful my last review I was told to get in touch with them and they would sort my refund out as I was getting nowhere by speaking to their customer service dept as they are totally ignoring me and it also looks like their doing to other people by looking at these other reviews they have received,even after my reviews they said they would sort it out I sent back the fudge that was delivered to me they said they would refund me I have proof of this and I also have proof of postage this has also been sent to them after they received the goods back there’s been no refund whatsoever from them forget the reply’s they make because it’s all for show to make people think they are sorting it out but they are not they are totally ignoring me they sent me a piece of paper saying it’s been refunded with no bank details nothing when I’ve asked them where’s it been paid to I’ve been ignored this really is in my word the worst company out there there customer service in the worst I’ve ever come across this is not slanderous it’s actually fact as I’ve witnessed this at first hand I will continue to try and get my money returned as really this is now theft and am thinking of going to the police as it’s now criminal

Partner ordered a box of three types of fudge but a box with only one in arrived. Contacted customer services but they refused to refund as the package had been opened.

Great fudge

Ordered 6 blocks of fudge and paid for express delivery which did not arrive on time. We asked for the fudge to be delivered to a neighbour as we would not be in as the delivery was late, the fudge was left under a recycling box in our front garden and I presume it was stolen as it was not there when we got home. The customer service is appalling and no replacement or refund has been offered. They are now ignoring my emails. I would not order from them again or recommend the company.

Update:
They asked me to contact them again to resolve the issue in their Trust Pilot reply. It seems they did this to look like they care as once again I’ve had no reply. Awful customer service!

The customer service from this company was second to none and so personal and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Then for the products. I ordered 6 different flavours and just wow to each of them absolutely divine. Chocolate was so indulgent and definitely my fave. I will be ordering again from Finest Fudge and everyone will be getting fudge stocking fillers at Christmas too. Try them you won’t be disappointed. X

Ordered a month ago and ‘dispatched’ over 3 weeks ago. Tracking provided suggests it was never dispatched and the company have only replied to initial email. Rest ignored. Hoping to get a refund.

Got my fudge absolutely beautiful

The delivery is not fast but it is made very clear about the reasons for this on the website - so I was happy to be patient!
The fudge arrived, beautifully presented and did not disappoint. All four flavours are delicious and authentic- with a lovely creamy base texture. I will be back to try other flavours soon.

Ordered on 25th of July with tracking . Got stuck in post office hub on 28th . Was never delivered . Emails ignored and blocked on Facebook .
Said that I was getting a refund today 21st of aug . Have to wait and see.

Poor communication - didn’t reply to many emails - I can understand things go wrong but ignoring and blocking is not good business .

Took over 2 and a half weeks to arrive. Fudge itself isn't very good very sickly sweet without any real flavour. Of the five of us, none of us enjoyed the fudge, so it went in the bin. As a fudge lover I found this product very disappointing

Ordered 6 blocks of Fudge at the beginning of last week and they were with me before the weekend. I enjoyed the flavours and the soft, almost creamy texture.

Fast delivery, and they came in a well presented gift box. Will definitely order more.

Oh no, wish I had read these reviews!!

Can't comment on the fudge as it never arrived! Placed an order 1st August, week later got a dispatch notice, checked all week and it didn't change from we are expecting your parcel. Emailed and got a generic reply to say it takes 5 days to dispatch (would have been nice!)

18 days after i placed my order I requested a refund as it was now too late to be the gift it was supposed to be. Reading these reviews now a little worried about that, but thankfully used my credit card so can chargeback if need be.

Stop taking orders if you can't fulfil them, 18 days is ridiculous with no progress.

Have been subscribed to your monthly delivery for over 6 months and have always arrived on time with tracked delivery. I love tasting the new selection of fuges each month and look forward to them every time.

Scam company , paid no email confirmation , ignore emails I’m going to file a chargeback

Absolutely incredible flavours - my favourites are death by chocolate and marz and malt. The service is also amazing and love support an independent fudge company that’s always pushing the boundaries with flavours. I want to try all of the flavours!

Hands down the best fudge I've had. You can really taste that it's fresh and handmade, with loads of flavours to choose from. Death by chocolate is my favourite!! They come beautifully packaged and wrapped, too! Just ordered some as a birthday present :)

I'm actually shocked at how many 1 stars I've seen before posting.

I placed my order with the 50% off, for 6 bars.

The only qualm I have was with dispatch time being a week. It then took 5 days for royal mail (48hrs tracked) to arrive.

But the fudge.... Is beautiful. I got banoffee, toffee crisp, cherry bakewell, salted caramel and 2x biscoff. All are lovely fudge with a strong flavour. As the best fudge usually is, has a slightly harder outside but a gorgeous creamy inside. Best fudge I've tasted in a long time. Thank you!
