Excellent choice of food

Excellent choice of food. The Superior bloodworm and shrimp in tins are excellent. Great for growth of fish and clean. Will definitely buy again and recommend highly.

Hi there, thank you for your review.

I have tracked your order which was despatched on the Monday 23rd May after the order was placed on Saturday 21st May ( we are not open at weekends), this was then delivered by DPD on the 24th.
If there are any delivery issues we are always happy to help and assist in anyway we can. I will now email to enquire into the detail of the delay, in the hopes that we can resolve this issue.

PROBLEM SOLVED

Unfortunately, Had a delivery issue with this company's courier service. My order did not arrive but the fishfoodwarehouse sorted a refund out immediately. Very satisfied. Thank you FFW.

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry to hear you did not receive your order - it appears the order was placed on the 28th of February, I just checked the tracking and it was delivered to your neighbour at number 33 on 2nd March, I will send you some more details to help you locate your parcel in an email.

I received notification of dispatch with tracking number. Then had email that none was it stock?

Hi thanks for the review. Really sorry to hear of this issue, we source all of our ingredients from several suppliers all around the world. We have noticed an increase in delivery times recently and this maybe caused by current global events. We are hoping over the next few weeks that the supply of certain products become much more reliable. Apologies again I will make sure that the team contacts customers immediately if there are any stock issues going forward.
