Warren was quick, proactive and helpful answering my questions over phone calls/emails when I inquired about a level 3 personal training course. He was an active listener and tailored his emails to incorporate what I’d told him over the phone to make things as easy as possible. He also gave me his personal cell, stating that I can contact him at any time if I need any guidance throughout my course. I can’t wait to start in a couple of weeks and thanks a lot to Warren for everything.

Lorena has been a great support to me whilst completing my L3 mat pilates. Prompt and constructive feedback was received each time I submitted my work for checking. The feedback was clear and precise, enabling me to understand and amend where needed. A great member of the Fitness Group - now looking forward to my reformer course. Stay away. Sales people are really good at promising lots of things but once you start, it's a steep downhill.

Let's start with learning materials: poorly designed, full of misspellings and typos, terrible illustrations. Recorded lectures are usually very old (pandemic time), and normally someone just reading from the screen. They refer to a certain page on the manual, but the manual is not the same used at the time, so nothing matches. The course manual does not match what the course blueprint says which does not match what the instructions in the unit say, which does not match what the tutors say, so completing assignments is like predicting the future.

Tutors: I was first assigned Chris, who was predominately non-responsive, uninterested, no feedback, more like a ghost. Started my Level 3 PT and my work was not being market AT ALL, therefore delaying my progress in the course. Then after many requests got changed to Remus, who was very thorough on his feedback and usually quick to reply.

I'm now at the end of my PT with very little work to deliver, but the important bits nonetheless. Sent the client interview, program card and business plan over a week ago to no reply. Then in the past days got 2 different e-mails from 2 different tutors introducing themselves as my new tutor. The company is an absolute mess, and cares nothing about the product they are delivering, since once they take your money there's pretty much no way to get it back.

During my Level 2 assessment in Glasgow the comments from other students were the exact same, and worse, including people waiting months for their certificates. The only thing that works in this company is learner support with Ricky and Jessy going out of their way to fix (within their possibilities) the mess created by the rubbish direction of this scam company.

I'm only working part time and have plenty of time to finish the online courses quickly but it seems the company is not prepared to keep with the pace of students with the same commitment as me, in other words, they expect to sell their online courses and deliver no support after that. I will raise a formal complaint to them and the to Active IQ.

And by the way, the only reasons they have so many 5 star reviews is because they ask you to review it right after their assessment, right after telling you you passed.

Jodie made me feel at ease from the beginning of the webinar and throughout. It was clear that she had great knowledge and passion for Mental Health Awareness practices and she shared that today, in her role as tutor. She encouraged questions and discussions, and ensured all of our thoughts were heard and considered. She made sure we understood and invited us to provide our input in relation to the course and our own journeys. She was very informative and clearly knew how to cover the material in a way that was accessible and relevant. Thank you Jodie.

Beth led a great assessment day with useful insight, advice and feedback on performance, delivery and style. I highly rate Beth's approach and tutoring/assessment style which leaves you in no doubt as to what you need to do and what you are doing well.

I have been made to wait 6 months for my certificate. Promised time and time again that it will arrive ‘next week’
Then promised compensation which I have been left ignored now over a week for. I have followed up multiple times to no avail.
I’ve been left in the dark, dismissed and not considered. After spending a lot of money on the course I cannot believe this is the response I am left with. Honestly brutal behaviour

I’m so grateful to have had Lorena as my Pilates tutor. She is incredibly patient, supportive and professional, and you can really tell how knowledgeable and passionate she is about what she does.

Lorena creates such a comfortable and encouraging environment, which makes learning feel much less intimidating. She has a wonderful way of making you feel capable and giving you the confidence to believe that you can achieve things, even when you might initially doubt yourself.

She is always supportive, approachable and happy to explain things clearly, and her encouragement has made such a difference to my confidence throughout the course. I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor and would highly recommend Lorena to anyone looking to learn Pilates.

Rosie was brilliant from start to finish. She listened to my back story, my goals and gave me advice based on what I had told her. She went in depth and pretty much answered all my questions along the way. Being a mum of two young children Rosie helped me find the best pathway for me that suited my family life style. Stage 2 of the mat pilates complete with an amazing instructor Lorena to help guide though the physical exam and signing of on my qualification as well as the help thoughtout coursework was much appreciated.

I put in an enquiry and within 10 minutes Harry had called to talk it through with me and pointed me to the best course to suit what I was aiming for.
If Harry wouldn’t have called I probably wouldn’t have followed through with my enquiry. Very helpful and extremely friendly. Thank you

Evan is an amazing tutor who is very knowledgeable and experienced. He made each day fun, productive and really enjoyable. He has a real passion for the industry and what he does, which makes a huge difference when teaching others.

Good mentorship with clear feedback by Nick

Great experience doing the L3 sports massage practical stage 1 in Manchester. 3 day course with a good split of theory and practical with plenty of time to practice massage techniques. Evan was a brilliant tutor - kept the course fun and engaging and was knowledgeable in delivering sports massage offering advice from lived experience as a practitioner. 5/5 definitely recommend 👌🏼
