Terrible experience
Terrible experience, would never use again. Simple job, but carpet still delayed. No communication from the store that there was a delay, found out from the fitter. Impacted other work in the room to be carpeted and led to damage being caused by the fitter which was beyond normal fitting damage. And the companyâs response to my complaint is to basically ignore it and not communicate. Still awaiting a response.
