Very friendly and professional. Based on this one visit I have asked Nick to look after my irrigation going forward.

We had a complete garden irrigation system installed by Nick and the team at Gardener’s Rain two years ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The system includes pop-up sprinklers throughout the garden, irrigation for the flower beds, a storage tank with pump, and a Hydrawise control module with convenient app access.
Nick continues to provide annual maintenance and has always been responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed troubleshooting advice. The entire experience — from installation to ongoing support — has been professional and reliable.
I would highly recommend Gardener’s Rain to anyone looking for a high-quality irrigation system and excellent customer service.

Nick was great, very easy to deal with. He took over the support/maintenance of our system with zero fuss, despite me not knowing exactly where the sprinklers and boxes were! I was very concerned but he immediately put me at ease and had us up and running in no time. Thank you Nick.

Nick is always very helpful, we have added to our system over the years and nothing is too much trouble, Nick always finds a solution. We use the twice a year maintenance package, it is reassuring to know the system is properly drained down and then set up at the start of the season.

The Gardeners Rain website states: 'Full Support & Maintenance - We let you enjoy the effort-free watering with our after-service maintenance. Sit back and relax; we’ll take care of every single thing…" On this basis, I engaged their services for installation and maintenance.
The reality is completely different. Despite being invoiced an annual maintenance fee of £250 after the first year of installation, when the system didn’t work as sold to me (flooding/stopped working after a power cut etc), the bills from this company flooded in. On several occasions I had to spend daily time hand watering.

I received two bills: £76 for a 15 minute intervention (following a power cut) and £161 again for another 15 minute intervention.
N.B. Despite BOTH visits were 15 minutes EACH, the cost of the second visit was £85 more than the cost of the first. Bearing in mind that a month earlier I was chased up by the company for the cost of the maintenance ‘contract’ which had been settled in full 2 months earlier. Naturally, having experience this ‘discrepancy’ from Gardeners Rain, I was more cautious. I questioned the difference of cost between the two'15 minute' interventions. I asked for clarification. I never have received a plausible justification of the £85 increase between the two invoices other than there were two men on sight but this still doesn't add up. More importantly, it only took one person to try and fix the issue but two people came, I believe it was because they were in their way home from another job. It just didn't make sense.
When I insisted on a written breakdown of this cost, the director abruptly cancelled my maintenance contract and the £161 invoice claiming he no longer covered my area (note that he covers other areas further away from his base) and promised a refund of the maintenance fee. I had to write to him twice (first email received no response) to get the maintenance fee back. Oddly, he didn’t refund back to my account but made me go to a post office to collect cash…
The end result is that, despite making the advised adjustments to the watering heads, I am left with flooding on the patio area where a green moss like substance is pooling. This is dangerously slippery.
I had been led to believe from the Gardeners Rain website that I could, ‘Sit back and relax; we’ll take care of every single thing’. Sadly this is clearly not the case. I just wish I had insisted on detailed invoices from the start..

Nick arrived promptly. Installed my small system for my patio pots and hanging baskets. Explained how it all worked and left everything neat and tidy. Very pleased with the results and my plants are thriving. Would happily recommend their services.

Great personal service and communication would highly recommend Nick and the team. Very happy with the new X330e it’s an amazing product, we have nearly an acre that has many trees, and have lots of zones and the mower covers this easily, would recommend this model for larger gardens.

Gardener’s Rain are wonderful. They give excellent service every time.
