Fake fake fake, use at your own pearl. Reported to North Face.

The item purchased had a North Face logo which is clearly fake, unsure what material this jacket was made from possibly material from discarded teddy bears, whi knows, when the jacket was worn it was nowhere near the size ordered either.

I contacted them and stated this was not as advertised and they offered half the money back.

Due to shipping from China the cost to return the item was pointless so agreed to a refund of half, for which I'm still waiting for even after waiting the so called 10 workings days on the 11th of June.

I contacted them again, asking if they had processed the refund and was advised to wait for the refund to clear.

Well today I did receive and email stating that the refund has been processed, but again advised to wait a further 10 working days.

This website and their items are a joke.

Avoid them like the plague.
