Unusable size chart, and poor customer service
The shirt size guide on their site, only uses length and width measurements, and the width is measured with the shirt lying flat on the table. How are you supposed to know how those shirts are going to fit you. They donât tell you to lay a shirt flat that you already own and measure it, They just show a body diagram, implying that you should measure across your body and then down your body, but that size will never fit you if you measure it that way. Since their size chart was to blame, for not having clear enough directions, I called to do a return or exchange and I was told that an exchange would still cost me. I believe it was 50% of the original price plus shipping. And I forget the specifics, but a return was also going to end up costing me some amount, I was not going to get all of my money back. I would never do business with this company again, or any other company that does not use standard, or at least more helpful, sizing.
