Bad communication and delivery
I placed an order on April 1st, it is now the 21st I have yet to receive my order. I have had to personally call in every couple of days since the 5th to check status of my order and I kept getting told 48 hours and shipment will be shipped out. Only to find out yet again on Saturday, when I called in that they had to manually input my card info. I let him know it was crucial I had my embroidered apron in hand by Wed 4/22. Here I am yet again on 4/21 checking the status of my apron and customer service told me it will be another 48 hrs and will arrive by Friday.
I get told the same thing, but yet no shipment or communication from the company unless I am the one calling in.
I do NOT recommend this company. Horrible communication, service and does not mail out when they say they will.

Because your order included a custom logo, it first had to go through a digitization process, which can take up to 10 business days. Once completed, the embroidery itself requires an additional 3–4 business days. We regret that this timeline was not properly communicated to you upfront, and that you had to repeatedly reach out for updates.
We’re happy to let you know that your order has now shipped via next-day delivery. Your tracking number is 521162917551, and you can expect to receive your package within the next 24 hours.
We truly appreciate your patience and feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and service moving forward.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed, I buy scrubs from them all the time and return with no issues. However, this last time I bought two sets of scrubs once received, they were too short, so I sent them back next day. However, my return was denied. They tried to tell me that the scrubs were worn and washed because the tags I guess have been removed. However, the scrubs had clearly not been worn nor have they been washed and they in no way whatsoever made any effort to return my scrubs. I never even received an email about it. I had to reach out to them to check the status of my return before they even notified me of the refusal to refund. They said something in effect to make a donation to Goodwill. If I couldn’t use them, that’s pretty sad. These scrubs are not cheap. They’re very expensive and as a nurse as a first responder, you would think that we would be treated with a little more respect than accusations made toward the wearing scrubs that were bought and received one day and shipped back the next day. It’s obvious on the paperwork that they were shipped back the next day. I’m just so disgusted.

It’s now been 24hrs later after sending them my information as they asked and I still have not heard from them.

Delay in delivery!! Ordered scrubs for my new position (required a specific color). They were suppose to be delivered Friday and now it’s Tuesday and they still haven’t arrived!!

I'll never buy another thing from them
I'll never buy another thing from them. Not only are they way too expensive. But my order was supposed to arrive Friday. It's Saturday and it still isn't here. No mail on Sunday and I needed that set for work on Monday. So they leaving me in a bind. I'll never buy from them again
