Quick, reliable and friendly service as usual

After the first appointment being cancelled, the second was on time and the engineer was very good 😊

The engineer rang in advance and arrived on time. He was friendly, carried out the boiler service efficiently and then bled the radiators before giving advice about how to use the radiators most effectively. Happy customers.

Gas leak. GHCo got us an engineer as soon as practical with a confirmed date.
Engineer was very good. Explained in straight forward terms and showed what he was doing, which helped understand the issues. Also, planned our expectations in how long he might be so we could plan other things we had lined up to do.

I was very impressed with the way the booking of our service was handled by Simon even when it had to be re-arranged.The engineer arrived on time and seemed to do a very thorough job. So all in all a job well done.

Jamie was quick and efficient. Always took his shoes off in the kitchen. Which is more than my family do.
He explained everything thoroughly and was patient explaining how the thermostat controls worked.
He left everything clean and tidy. Took all rubbish away with him. Would recommend your service to others.

The engineer came this morning to service my boiler which he carried out very satisfactorily. He also reset my timer for me. He was a very kind helpful man for whom nothing was too much trouble. I have been using this company for many years and wouldn't use anybody else. Thank you.

An engineer visited to remove the gas boiler from the loft to a more accessible place downstairs.

There was a lot of work Re piping the radiators etc. and I also had a new radiator fitted in the bathroom.

The engineer worked all day and part of the next.
