I am so sorry to hear you are disappointed in our services. I have looked and can't see we have been back out to address this problem. I can see that the engineer has left reading and all was ok. I can see he repressurised the expansion vessel. There could be a problem with this. If you would let us know we are happy to take a look.

Jay did good
Jay, the Good Heating Co engineer who fitted our new boiler, was personable, polite, efficient, clearly highly skilled and explained the operation of the super whizzy Nest system with admirable clarity (no mean task, as Iâm a technological numptie). There was minimal disruption (I worked from home throughout the installation) and most of the work was completed in a single day. Our system is now properly balanced, so we have for the first time effective central heating over four floors. We had no complaints at all.

Efficient and courteous
Easy to book my annual service. I got plenty of notice from Frank the engineer who rang to let me know he was on the way. Punctual arrival. He seemed very efficient and was polite and courteous. He also adjusted the three radiators in the attic and they now function well. I have an annual contract with them. I've been with this company a number of years and am happy to recommend them
