Hello Toni,
Thank you for your 2nd Trustpilot review, this time under your own name.
For clarity, this review relates to the same matter you have now reviewed multiple times, including under different account names.
We do not accept the version of events described here.
The full thread lift treatment was provided as agreed, and post-procedure photos confirmed the result. You were extremely happy with the treatment at the time, raised no complaint, and even told us your mum had complimented your result and wanted the same treatment herself.
You later contacted us saying you had damaged one side yourself, and requested an appointment with the Clinical Director. We arranged this appointment for you.
When you arrived for that appointment, you fell through the front door onto the Clinical Director and knocked him to the ground.
In the consultation room, you then fell off the chair while talking to us about your recent appearances in court relating to the illegal distribution of tretinoin.
After moving you to the waiting room, where you were less likely to injure yourself, you became threatening towards the Clinical Director, telling him to “f*ck around and find out”, while making accusations that he was trying to copy your illegal tretinoin distribution business.
This was not a situation where the clinic simply refused to see you without reason. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where a client is believed to be intoxicated, unfit for treatment, or exhibits violent, threatening or abusive behaviour towards our team.
The prices stated in this review are also incorrect. Our prices are publicly available on our website, and our records do not support the figures you have given here.
You cancelled your later corrective treatment appointment with around 20 minutes’ notice, despite agreeing to our 48-hour cancellation policy. A partial refund was issued promptly in line with that policy.
After the clinic made the decision that it was no longer appropriate or safe to continue treating you, you then sent multiple long voice notes to The Gorgeous Clinic WhatsApp, directed at the Clinical Director, including blaming him for the death of your father. These messages were distressing, inappropriate, and far beyond any reasonable treatment-related complaint.
We understand that personal circumstances can be difficult, and we are sorry for the loss of your father. However, bereavement does not justify threatening staff, posting repeated misleading reviews, or attempting to rewrite the facts of what happened.
We stand by the treatment provided, we stand by our team, and we stand by our decision to refuse further treatment where behaviour towards staff becomes unsafe, threatening or abusive.
We wish you all the best with your ongoing journey of rejuvenation.
