After not being able to get a appointment with my own GP this service helped me massively and would definitely use again.

I had an excellent experience. They reached out to clarify a few things, and their friendly demeanor made the process easy. The letter was outstanding, and all the information included was useful and supportive. I highly recommend them.

Letter missing information and trying to get them to communicate is painful, considering a chargeback with the bank as my letter isn’t totally useful for my trip. Also seems sketchy as they didn’t ask for evidence of what I’m prescribed. I paid for fast service at 3pm Friday 25/10 and leave tomorrow (3am 29/10).

Edit: Finally got an amendment to the letter 8pm 28/10, 7 hours before I set off, sad that I was given the run around until I reviewed them here. I will not use this service again.

Required a fitness certificate for international work. One small questionnaire and made payment. Required an urgent service. I possibly could have achieved the same from my NHS GP in a couple of days but I couldn’t wait.
A few hours after submitting the questionnaire and payment I received a conference call that required screen sharing of medical records from my NHS app or login and it was done. Certificate arrived by email almost immediately and was accepted by the company.
Does what they advertise and didn’t disappoint. I will use them again.

I needed a Fit to fly certificate and had provided all details pertaining to flight expected delivery date and also about single pregnancy. But the letter didn't come with the expected delivery date and that it's a single pregnancy due to which the airlines are not accepting the same. Tried reaching out via email but just no response. If you have taken the money please provide with same kind of professional accepted certificate. Just no customer service.

Quick turnaround was great and website was easy to use. Requested duration of sick note however was not what was requested.

I have use GP Clinic two months ago. That’s how long I waiting for my refund. I used it for a sick note but the sick not that they send me my company didn’t accept it. So I contacted them and they said that they gonna offer me a refund ( because I have written a review for the bad service) Don’t wait your time guys they never reply if they don’t need something for you! Save your money!

I paid for same day delivery for a fit to fly certificate and I got it a day later and they said they will give me a refund as they were busy but only downside communication was very slow and they wouldn't answer my calls which made it very stressful for me but they very kindly changed the date that I needed so I would recommend but you have to have patience

I needed a doctor's letter to claim a refund under Ticket Protection for a couple of theatre shows I had booked but couldn't attend due to a flare up of a chronic condition.
The GP Clinic process to obtain an Attractions and Events letter was very quick and straightforward; I completed an online Clinical Assessment at 2:40pm and received my letter via email by 6pm on the same day.
The letter showed that my Partner Practitioner from The GP Clinic understood my condition and how it impacted on my ability to attend my shows. It contained all information requested by the Ticket Protection provider and I received a refund without any further information being requested.
I paid £45 for my consultation and letter so well worth it for my £180 refund from the unusable tickets.
Would definitely recommend.

First time using this service, a couple of spelling mistakes on my letter but quickly resolved and a very speedy and professional service in the end, beats all the trouble & anxieties of a long phone call to my own Doctor which is always problematic.
Would highly recomend.
Maybe a annual subscription would be a good idea.
