Honestly this place is spot on. Got a full natural granite worktop and splashback from them. The quality is second to none and the service was simple, relaxed and professional. They turned up on time when they said they would and it fit perfectly. Price was more than competitive too without compromise on quality. The templater was brilliant and so was the lad who fit it perfectly. Thanks so much. Do yourselves a favour and check this place out!! You won’t regret it!

Excellent experience, Lynne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, happy to hand out samples and understanding with any changes that we made along the way. We are very pleased with our beautiful kitchen worktop, fitted on time with minimum fuss and mess. Definitely recommend this company!

Great service from this local company. Harriet was really helpful in helping us decide on a quartz worktop. Templating was then carried out and fitting 7 days later. Looks great and we are really pleased. Would absolutely recommend this company.

Great service

Great service, the team in the office were really helpful and accommodating, they priced matched a cheaper quote which was great, the install booking was quick, turnaround of milling the worktop was 6-7 days as advised, fitters were on time and fitted quickly.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that the join in the quartz they did is quite visible and not colour matched very well. a bit of a shame really as everything else was great!

From support and guidance in choosing and ordering the work surface, through to templating and the fitting, all the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. A fabulous team and now I have the most beautiful work surface! Thank you !

From start to finish, the service we received from the Granite House was definitely worth five stars. Lynne in the showroom was welcoming, friendly and gave helpful advice; she was also very patient and diplomatic when I changed my order halfway through the ordering process. A wide range of samples were stocked and we were able to take some home to see how they looked in situ. The template measuring was efficient and precise and the fitting team were skilled and adept at overcoming problems with fitting around my sink and taps. Everyone we encountered from The Granite House was a pleasure to do business with and I can't recommend them too highly.
