Stay away from this.
I've purchased the hair masked for three months. Not only was the delivery time around 3-4 weeks, I now received an invoice from UPS that I have to pay 120€ for the shipment (import and stuff)!!!! The whole shipment was a disaster and I was in contact with the hair fuel during the whole time. I declined the package and hair fuel returned the amount for the order but now I'm shocked to see that there is a huge amount to pay for import taxes and stuff !!!! Now, they don't even respond to my email.... Stay away if you are ordering from any country beside the UK. I'm so disappointed. I don't even know what to say and what to do about this....
Edited: 11.03.25: After weeks of trouble with the company, the end was that I have to pay a huge amount to UPS for the shipment and customs and The Hair Fuel refused to help at all in this case. They just let me sit with the costs. No support. No help. What a disaster. I will spread the bad news everywhere I can.

I started my @thehairfuel growth masks on 10-12-24 and just did my last measure tonight, 11-11-24!! I had a total length growth of 1 1/4 inches!!! That is amazing!!!
This product was so easy to use!
Just 45 minutes once a week!!! I scrolled on Instagram and it flew by!
My silver hair still is shining just as bright after my treatments!!
If you are struggling with slow hair growth, hair loss, or just want longer hair, I highly recommend giving this mask a try!!

This product was golden for me. I used as directed, one a week, and I had great results! Things don’t work for everyone and unfortunately this did not work for me. I completed the three month supply with no results. It is a little expensive to try with a refund only for allergic responses. To be expected and nice they at least have that. Because of all the good reviews, if you are desperate to try something natural and have tried other things I think it’s worth trying this too. I personally have decided to be done with this kind of thing from here on out and will just try to maintain healthy hair.

Very pleased with refund issues but I don’t like all the endings you send me.

I had a month trial and I can say this stuff works. I already do a lot (supplements, serum, rosemary oil, special shampoo/conditioner, bamboo brush, you name it) but this mask got my hair growth to 2,5 cm in a months time. It is expensive but if you want faster hair growth it's worth it.

I'm so surprised about the results of this mask. But also enjoyed it so much, feels so good on my scalp, the smell in my hair after washing it.
I'm letting my grey hair grow, and the first measure was 6 inches, after 4 weeks my growth was 1 1/2 inches more that's more than double!
Amazing! I totally recommend it.
