Jane Longmore was our mortgage advisor at the Hanley for our recent purchase of a smallholding in Somerset. We chose the Hanley for their best in market lifetime tracker mortgage. Jane then delighted us with her speedy attention and responsiveness. We had some complications in the run up to completion and Jane and the rest of the team were nothing but helpful at a stressful time. Highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING Service and Care

Jane at the Hanley, was outstanding. We found the 100 percent mortgage product on an advert as a good option to get on the property ladder after some personal challenges.

Jane kept us updated on the situation with our application, was helpful, informative and friendly and there is nothing about the service i would improve.

We were being served by Meg and her response was absolutely amazing, she continued very professionally with her role and continued to engage with the gentleman in her professional capacity. I have been using Hanley Economic Building Society for a number of years now. I do prefer having a passbook and can also check on my online banking if I need to. The mortgage rates also seem very competitive especially for first time buyers and I encouraged my children to open accounts and they are now both on the property ladder with The Hanley's help. I find it nice to still be able to go into the branch and deal with very helpful and friendly staff. Well done Hanley Economic Building Society keep up the good work.
