VERYGOOD THANKYOU

It's crap. Here's why:
The core claim is medically false.
Height is determined by growth plates in your bones. Once growth plates close (typically age 18-21 for males, 16-18 for females), no supplement, herb, or powder can increase your height — period. This is settled biology. Their own FAQ says "most effective for ages 12-25" which is just the natural growth window anyway.
Red flags on the site:

Claims "3 to 7 inches" increase — an extraordinary claim with zero clinical evidence cited
"Suitable for people of all ages" contradicts their own FAQ
Product images are clearly AI-generated (the file is literally named ChatGPT_Image_May_13_2026)
"Fake copies in market" warning is a common tactic to create false legitimacy
4.9 stars from "1,422" reviews on a tiny new Shopify store — unverifiable
No regulatory approval mentioned (DRAP, etc.)

The ingredients (Ashwagandha, Amla, Sonf, etc.) are real herbs with general health benefits, but none have any scientific evidence for height increase in adults or beyond natural growth.
Bottom line: Classic Pakistani herbal supplement scam. The site is real (they'll take your Rs. 2,600 and deliver something), but the height gain claim is pseudoscience. Save your money.

I have also placed my order for night cream but there is probelm with the shipping, the delivery boy is also being rude . very bad service. delivery boy number :03112433145
