Just back from my Honeymoon that I booked with The Holiday Masters, they made sure that to present the beauty of Greece even more beautiful with the perfection they arranged everything. Just one issue I had I was praising The Holiday Master more than my wife on our Honeymoon! Jokes aside they are Amazing. Special Thanks to Dan he's a legend!

I was initially directed to The Holiday Masters through Cheeky Holidays while searching online for a holiday deal. I found an offer for the Fenix Hotel in Bulgaria advertised at £259. However, after clicking through to The Holiday Masters and discussing my requirements with a representative named Ramsey—including my destination, preferred hotel, and transfer arrangements—I was informed that the total cost would actually be £350.

Although this exceeded my budget, Ramsey was highly persuasive and reassuring, convincing me that the booking was genuine and represented good value. I was hesitant about providing my card details over the phone rather than entering them securely myself, but after being reassured several times, I proceeded with the payment.

Unfortunately, this is where the problems began. The booking confirmation I received stated that I was travelling to Benidorm and staying at Hotel Azzuro—neither of which I had requested or agreed to. When I contacted Ramsey to query this, he claimed that my chosen hotel could not accommodate solo travellers. However, this had never been mentioned during our original conversation, despite me clearly outlining my requirements.

I was then told that if I wanted an alternative hotel, I would need to pay an additional £50, offset by a £50 voucher (which was never issued to date). This was not what had been agreed, and I refused. Shortly afterwards, I received another email offering yet another hotel (Diminion Hotel), and I was also told transfers were not included, which again had not been discussed with me beforehand. At this point, it became apparent that changes were being made to my booking without my knowledge or consent.

When I challenged these arrangements and requested cancellation due to my concerns, communication became increasingly difficult. My emails were eventually blocked because I continued to question the discrepancies and refused to accept the changes. As a result, I had to use a different email address simply to obtain information about a holiday I had already paid for. I was forced to chase the company repeatedly and did not receive full confirmation of my travel arrangements until the day before departure.

While I ultimately enjoyed my holiday, I did not stay at the hotel I originally selected, and the entire experience caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty.

My advice to anyone considering booking with The Holiday Masters is to exercise extreme caution. Ensure that every detail discussed verbally is confirmed in writing before making any payment. Based on my experience, I found their sales practices misleading, their communication poor, and their handling of my booking deeply unprofessional.

Please avoid these ones like the plague!! Asked and asked for the final price but when I finally got it the price was double that I was expecting!! Have had to freeze my card and get my money back that I had already paid to them !!

Booking our holiday was very easy. Vicky our agent was very helpful and friendly in giving all the information we needed to make the booking easy. He was informative, and very helpful. He gave us the confidence that we have a booked a very exciting holiday.

I wanted a cheap 4* all inclusive holiday and it was great, good flights and lovely hotel in the area I wanted and a lot cheaper than I could find on the internet

This company were disastorous, I booked a holiday with them. Checked price before started the process, when @ checkout it had gone up to £67 & first mention of £25 fee. Authorised payment & it was only flight booked, then hotel not available, try sell me a different hotel in a different resort, which was £169 more expensive than original & when I refused, agent got so nasty. Tried charging me an additional £69 per person, booking fee. My saving grace was flight booked directly with airline. But even up until departure he was treatening to cancel my flights. We were heading to airport not sure if we were going to get on our flight or not.

My holiday rep was very helpful and professional and eased me through the booking of my holiday..

Despite the fact that I haven’t travelled with them yet, I felt it was important to leave this review because the customer service has been excellent so far.

When I called, Prince (that is his name) answered and was extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. He gave very good advice tailored to my situation and recommended several destinations that suited my needs.

He can also design a complete holiday package, which made the whole process very easy and stress-free.

I dealt with Prince and he was really helpful with booking a holiday for my family as there was 14 of us. I highly recommend The holiday masters and go through prince as he is the guy that will sort you out nothing was to much trouble and he made the whole process nice and easy. Thank you Prince for all the help.

Hi I had the pleasure of working with Mathew on our girls trip to Bali and he was patient and understanding even when we had to downsize attendees from trip. They worked with me as we all had different pay periods and due date was not coincide with pay dates. We received all of our information for trip - transportation, flight confirmation, hotel’s information and excursions once trip was paid in full. Will do business again. Thank you Mathew
