I personally have had a great experience with this company. I ordered a pair of Scoot Boots with coloured straps and they were dispatched same day and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, they were a little too big for my horse, so I applied to exchange them and returned the boots with no issue. They quickly acknowledged receipt of the boots and posted out the new ones straight away. Really impressed with the companies efficiency. Will defo purchase from them in the future!

The Hoof Boot Shop are an amazing company with excellent customer support.
Prior to Christmas, I purchased a pair of ladies riding tights through a company in Sweden. They arrived & were too small & so I returned them for exchange. 2 months later & several messages to that company without success, I asked Hoof boot if they could help as they were linked to another apparel company (Equine Fusion) in Sweden. The Hoof boot were amazing, they immediately stepped in! Rachel immediately reached out to their apparel company explaining the problem, that company was then able to help with the issue.
Rather than wait for the returned item to reach the Swedish stores, however, they recognised my despair & immediately sent me out a replacement which arrives shortly. None of this would have been possible without the help & support of 'The Hoof Boot Shop' (not even customs were able to sort this out! I rate them so highly & so I ordered an additional pair of Ladies riding tights but this time directly through the Hoof Boot shop. These arrived a few days after ordering & my wife is simply delighted with them. I found the Hoof Boot Shop's customer service second to none, they went the extra mile & a 1/2 for me & I rate them so highly & would definitely use them again & again.

However, I did place my order for 2 sets of hoof boots which arrived promptly. However, 5 weeks on 3 of the 4 boots have problems and now they do not communicate with me. Avoid this company and use someone else.
A single scoot boot was ordered which had 5 - 10 day dispatch time. 10 days in and no dispatch email, chased them for an update to be told the boot will come with no accessories as someone stole them and just sent the single boot back. Bit fishy when they SELL accessories separately. Left the customer in the dark about this for 10 days!! Took customer elsewhere due to this terrible service and odd story.

Wouldn’t use again. Ordered a single scoot boot that I needed urgently said 10 day delivery which was fine. Never had a despatch email chased it twice. They said they sent me an email stating that they had the boot but do I need the accessories? Never had an email and yes I do, obviously as they come with the boot. I had a reply saying they have the boot but no accessories as someone stole them then sent it back apparently. Not my problem. They could have easily supplied me with them as they sell them seperately. Instead they left my messages on Facebook messenger as unread (on purpose) and then issued my refund that I had asked for. Funny that. Ordered from The Saddlery Shop in the end. In stock and much better customer service with quick replies!
In reply to your reply - I never received an email, if you had sent one please can you screenshot and send me proof that you have, I also sent 2 text messages and an Instagram DM with no reply when chasing the order. You told me you didn't have any accessories for the boot, that's what you said via Facebook messenger and that someone had stolen them. You never said that you have the complete boot with the accessories already on it. You then said you had the boot with the accessories attached but no bag or spare ones after I asked if you can just send me accessories off another boot and questioned if it was second hand. At no point did you ever offer a discount or a refund, I asked for a refund. Also, you say you couldn't contact me, you had my text message and my Instagram message that you could have replied to and could have easily rang me as you had my mobile number rather than me chasing on various social platforms.

My wife ordered a pair of Explorer Magic from this company based upon the suggestion of their fitter Tracey. When they arrived we could not get them to fit. Watched a very long YouTube video on adjusting size. Apparently it’s simple. It’s not it’s very fiddly and time consuming and then they still didn’t fit well per the easy on and off instructions! Fitter came back out and frankly added nothing useful in terms of tips and tricks. We knew they would need breaking in a bit and the rubber would probably soften but assumes you can get them on. Persevered and then found they twisted on the horse while in the arena. Much contact back and forth with the company and fitter and zero resolution. Very unimpressed and now have £150 boots that are of no use plus £60 fitters fees.
I’m afraid I cannot recommend the Hoof Boot Shop or their fitter, Tracey Pettipher. I was missold boots which were advertised incorrectly and then the fitter had so little knowledge of how to fit and adjust the boots she was unable to help. She was very dismissive of my issues and simply referred me back to the Hoof Boot Shop. The Hoof Boot shop have been so slow in their response my 30 day consumer protection has expired and I have spent £60 on fitting and £150 on boots that I cannot use with no resolution offered.
Incredibly fast delivery on the 2 orders I have placed! Very happy to recommend.
I just wanted to let you know that the Explora Magic boots I purchased from you are fitting my mare like a glove. She is such a happier girl when we go out riding on mixed terrain.

LuLu can experience sore hooves, especially her front ones, which always concerned me.
I contacted The Hoof Boot Shop, as I read that they offered an onsite fitting service. The Hoof Boot Shop put me in contact with one of their independent fitters, Gemma Thompson, who was closest to my area in Derbyshire.
A HUGE thank you to Gemma for taking the time to ensure I picked the right boots for LuLu and making the time to make sure I ordered the correct fit for LuLu.
Quick service, very helpful on the phone with my queries. I had measured incorrectly first time around but the return process was very easy
Super speedy delivery, arrived on a Saturday after only ordering Friday morning. Great communication and advice as I was undecided on the size.

I ordered four flex boots and paid for 24 hour delivery as I was desperate for them. They did not arrive on next day delevery or within 48 hours. I ended up chasing the company trying to find out where they were. They then wanted to send a pair at a time, even though I needed four, that's why I ordered four in the first place. I asked to cancel the order and have a refund, then had to chase this.. When you are spending nearly £400, this is my opinion, wasn't good service!
I ordered them from another company and recieved them the next day!

I ordered some flex pads. I messaged them on Facebook messenger. I was going to book them in to come and see my ponies hooves but I found some hoof boots. When I was messaging them they didn't once ask what kind of boots I had and let me order the flex pads. £7+ was the postage price which was steep considering they arrived in normal post. Anyway I put them in my hoof boots and they cut through straight away. Asked for a refund they wanted photo of hooves, boots etc then said I'd got the wrong ones and the manufacturer wouldn't agree a refund. I asked them to check and pointed out we'd communicated and not once had they said anything about different boots etc. Then they stopped replying!
