Great experience with this company
Great experience with this company, I had Gemma come out to show me what hoof boots she had and we tried on a few different types to see which fit best and suited what we(me and horse) would be doing. Ordering online was easy to do knowing which size I needed. Delivery was also quick.
I was back in touch with Gemma recently to ask for advice which was helpful.
I would definitely recommend using the hoof boot company

She obviously has a passion for what she does, but also undersrands the challenges of taking a horse barefoot,having got her own.

Rachael was brilliant and really accommodating when coming to see my horse for a fitting, and then really helpful with ordering the right boots. Always answers questions quickly and nothing is too much of a bother. Would definitely recommend!

Hoof Boot Fitting
Had a boot fitting appointment which I suggest you do so worth the money. You do not have the hassle of sending boots back etc., Rachael was fantastic and tried on several makes of boots to try to fit my odd hoof measurement mare. We landed on Flex Boots for my energetic girl.

Amazing service
We have just had a virtual boot fitting for our pony from The Hoof Boot Shop and it was amazing. Every stage of the process from making my first contact to receiving, fitting and using the boots has been made very easy and I have been helped at every stage. Communication is spot on. The sending of photos/videos and measurements of the hooves allowed advice to be provided on what boots to purchase. After receiving the boots, more photos/videos of the boots on lead to more questions and feedback. The result is a perfect fitting set of boots. Responses to questions are quick and very helpful. I received the boots very promptly too. Thank you, you've been amazing. I would thoroughly recommend The Hoof Boot Shop

Very disappointing.
Flex Boots are expensive but not great at all besides I am waiting for my property to be returned.

Hi Peer, we are very disappointed to hear you have not had a good experience with the boots. We were delighted to hear the boots were a success for your horse in December 2021 when purchased and have had no further correspondence since regarding the boots after purchasing them 4 months ago. We would of course been able to help you with any problems that may have occurred in that time.
Regarding The Hoof Boot Shop not returning your property, which is the 3d prints of your horses feet. We had no correspondence for 4 months and discussed the return on the 28th March 22, received postage on the 4th April 22 and receiving the goods can take 7-10 days. We can confirm your property will be returned to you as we have no use for your horses 3d prints here in the office.

Wonderful boots
Great looking, brilliant boots, much lighter and not chunky as many others. Customer service is amazing, Rachael has gone the extra mile to help me out. I’d give above 5* if there was an option.
