The House Inspector Ltd レビュー

We couldn't have asked for a more thorough inspection of our home, Pete discovered many issues that could have caused issues down the line and listed them all in a detailed report that we then sent to our developers. Pete's a great bloke who took time to advise me on some other queries I had with the house.

Pete is very thorough and goes through the whole house, internally and externally.
He finds things that we would never have found ourselves.
Would definitely recommend if you buy a new build

Pete is a extremely thorough chap and will find every imperfection. Great communication and professionalism. Also he’s a great chap!

Pete was great - covered all aspects of the house & picked up on things we’d never have noticed. Would highly recommend!

Pete was awesome. I got a very quick appointment. Price was reasonable. He was very proactive. He gave me clear instructions and all went perfectly as he said beforehand. He did more what we have asked for. He was always available to sort out all our queries. His snagging list was very elaborate. Builder has agreed to the list.

I would definitely recommend him.

Thank you Pete :)

Pete is clearly a master of his trade and is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, with a keen eye for detail. I contacted him to complete our snagging process and he booked me in swiftly and he then made contact prior to the inspection date to ensure I was all set for him to complete the work. His inspection was very thorough and he picked up on things that the untrained eye simply would not. This will have undoubtedly saved me hundreds, if not thousands and many hours of work further down the line in rectifying issues on my new build. He is punctual, efficient and organised and on top of that, is really approachable and an all round nice guy. I had the report the same day and nothing was too much trouble. He provided good and helpful advice and I would highly recommend Pete to anyone needing a snagging inspection completed on their home. Thanks Pete, much appreciated.

Complete the snagging around 3 hours. Some key problem hasn't point it out!

Pete did a snagging survey on our newbuild four bedroom house. He was really responsive and helpful from the start. A very knowledgeable, professional and friendly guy. His report was very thorough and well presented with helpful photos for each item. Would highly recommend!

The epitome of Professional.
On time. Very Helpful.
Courteous. So pleasant.
I wish all my customer service interactions were this high calibre.

We decided to do inspection on our house after 18 months living in it. Pete was very accommodating with his slots and communication was excellent. Pete looked thoroughly through the interior and exterior and found snag which we wouldn’t be able to notice. The report was delivered within 24h and was very descriptive with photos. Would highly recommend !

Pete from The House Inspector was extremely professional while inspecting my property. Pete picked up loads of issues we have not noticed. The report is very clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend! Thanks.

We recently used Pete to come and snag our new build property, fantastic communication right from the beginning. His report is so thorough and extremely comprehensive which I have already handed into the site manager.
I would highly recommend Pete and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again if I ever decide move house again!! Thank you for the bottle of wine as a moving in gift.

From start to finish, Pete was outstanding. His communication in the lead up was spot on. Messaged the evening before and arrived when he said he would. Was extremely knowledgeable yet able to explain in layman's terms. Thorough and diligent he spotted exactly the things that we would have missed. Absolutely money well spent and a fabulous level of service. I recommend you book him right now, you won't regret it.

Excellent service and reporting back from Pete. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

I would highly recommend Pete for your new build snagging inspections. When completing ours he very thorough and answered any queries I had, which was really reassuring as a first time buyer. We received our report in less than 24 hours and it was very clear & detailed making it so easy to pass on to our builder. Thank you Pete!!

We had never heard of being able to check a new build for snags by a professional but so glad we found the house inspector as this has given us a huge peace of mind especially being first time buyers. Pete was brilliant with our house check and very professional through out. We would highly recommend using the house inspector!

We had a really good experience with Pete. He had great communication and was extremely knowledgeable. He produced a report very quickly. We would have no problem at all in recommending Pete.

Really helpful and the complementary bottle of wine was a bonus :)

This was our first new build property and having spoken to friends and family we had thought we could manage the ‘general’ snagging ourselves, however it was clear when we moved in that the level of finish was not to our expected standard. As the list grew we decided to engage a professional snagger. We had a few recommendations from neighbours but I had already seen Pete’s website and aside from his experience, knowledge and existing reviews, I liked the fact that Pete also gave praise to companies which had done a good job. I called Pete to discuss our requirements and he answered any questions. I like the fact that my communication with Pete has been direct, he has always been prompt to respond and his assessment was fair. Pete was very thorough and still took the time to ensure any homeowner extras were captured in the report. Pete has been a great support and his report will be invaluable for us and our developer to work through. I would definitely recommend Pete if you are considering a professional snagger.
