Excellent customer service
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend shopping with The House Outfit. There are some problems that are unique to online shopping but I have been so impressed by their excellent customer service in rectifying the issue I had. You couldn’t ask for more than to know if a problem does arise then they are willing and proactive in finding a solution and show good will in doing so. I have every confidence shopping with them again and would recommend them to anyone interested in making an order.

I ordered 3 prints and only 2 arrived, I emailed yourselves and was told you would send another one as a priority a week ago, I’m still waiting.
I’ve emailed you guys again this morning and no response.
The customer service is absolutely diabolical.
How hard is to send another print out.

Slight delay with shipping due to frame availability, but was informed immediately and customer services couldn’t have been more helpful, agreeing to provide more expensive frames as a replacement. Really impressed with House Outfit!

Beautiful Prints
Placed an order for some prints, which arrived and were gorgeous. This is the second time I have ordered from this Company. However, I ordered the wrong size this time around. No problem at all, Jane at The House Outfit replied to my email, extremely quickly to confirm that I could return them and reorder the correct size. She explained how the process would work and what I needed to do. Fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this Company.

SHOCKING…. The prints are absolutely dreadful! Could have printed better from my computer at home. Missing 2 prints from my order and the customer service is non existent. SAVE YOUR MONEY THE QUALITY IS EMBARRASSING!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING QUALITY. Frames are practically made from cheap, breakable chip board / mdf. The frame isn't even glass its a plastic that bubbles and the prints are as if it's 480p quality! Shocking, absolutely shocking.

I'm so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the quality of your order.
The frames that we sell have an acrylic plexi-screen in which we advise on the website - although this is actually more expensive to manufacture than glass we choose this option as it is more durable, and less likely to be damaged in transit to our customers. The bubbling you refer to sounds like it may be possible that both sides of the protective cellophane covering haven't yet been removed but it's difficult to advise correctly as we haven't been able to identify your order from the details left in the review.
In terms of our wall art, this is printed onto 200gsm and 300gsm matte stock paper depending on the size which is higher than the average used across the industry - for example, our competitors use between 150-180 gsm stock paper.
We use a printing company with industry leading laser jet printers and over 20 years' experience in the printing business.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to find your order or any contact in our inbox, so it is a shame that we haven't been able to resolve this prior to you leaving a review however if you are unhappy with the purchase then please contact us on customer.services@thehouseoutfit.com and we would be happy to discuss any issues you've experienced and replace damaged items or resolve these for you as necessary.

Lovely experience
Ordered two frames a while ago and was really pleased with the quality. Delivery and packaging was also great - I liked the personalised touch with the hand written thank you note. Was very nice and a surprise as you don't usually see this kind of care put into packaging these days. I now need another frame and immediately though of The House Outfit due to my good experience previously! Might order a print that I have seen too!

Fantastic service
I ordered prints but decided they were too small. Had excellent customer service and was able to re-order the larger size.
There was a slight error and I received beige rather than grey prints but the issue was immediately resolved.
Beautiful quality prints, fantastic quick customer service - would highly recommend

Great piece of art

Highly recommend, fantastic customer service
I ordered 2 pieces of wall art, unfortunately I recieved someone else's order. This could have been very frustrating but the Team very quickly identified the issue and worked to resolve it and no cost, and let me keep the incorrect prints as an apology. I havent had 5 star service like that from an online retailer before. Highly recommend. The wall art looks lovely too 😍

As we mentioned in our email, we use a printing company with industry leading laser jet printers and over 20 years' experience in the printing business. The prices of our products reflects a number of things, not limited to but including the quality of paper we use, the costs for licensing of images and the time spent with our creative team and designer to make our wall art which is designed in house.
We've had positive feedback about the prints you ordered and Classico in particular is one of our bestselling ranges so I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy. However, we appreciate that this is a matter of personal opinion and we completely understand if you are dissatisfied and would like to return your order for a refund and that will be no problem whatsoever.

Cheap and nasty prints and frames and there customer service is atrocious, will not use this company again. 1 star is still too much for these charlatans, save yourself a lot of hassle and look at alternative options.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience with The House Outfit. I am sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, looking back at your order and our correspondence I can see that you returned frames to us due to one being faulty.
Our policy as stated online kindly asks for customers to contact us within 48hrs of receiving a damaged or faulty product, as it allows us to rectify the situation for the customer and to establish how the fault has occurred. I can see that we didn’t have any notification from yourself that you had received a faulty product, however we did still refund the cost of the frames for you.
I’m sorry to hear that you felt the customer service you received was atrocious, our customer service is something that we pride ourselves on but we value all feedback and I’m sorry we weren’t able to resolve this to your satisfaction. I can see that you did keep the prints from your order, we hope that you are still happy with these :)
