Great experience! The whole lesson is filled with facts, knowledge, and relatable scenarios. Heather really helps you express your thoughts and expand your knowledge.

Super engaging, I found it really helpful at the beginning to learn more about the reasons why people think in certain ways and the associations.
The day was really enjoyable and funny, I’ve been to lots of sales trainings before and this way definitely the best one with the content. I particularly liked having the note book that we could annotate during the day, rather than just taking random notes that I wouldn’t be able to understand at a later date.

Fantastic day with Heather, she was super insightful and energetic, full of great a anecdotes! Truly fantastic day couldn't recommend more, and felt super supported by her teachings!

I participated in the training as I thought it would be beneficial for me as a people professional to understand the content that was discussed so we can support others within the organisation, and I was pleasantly surprised to have taken more than just that from the course. Shona was a great trainer, she was clear, understanding and engaged with us all. The content of the course gave us all pointers on how we can improve and manage our resilience.
