Thank you for your review! We’re pleased you were happy with the quality. In regards to sizing it’s really important to read our description on sizing. It’s reads as follows
“Products can include sizes from XS-XXL. This product will not include an even ratio of sizes it will be randomised with some boxes including larger quantities of certain sizes.”

Thanks for your review. We can't find your name or an order for windbreakers on this day. Please contact us to confirm your order.

We can confirm all of our stock is unwashed as mentioned on our website, we also have a guide to help new sellers like yourself wash the clothes and prepare them for resale, once you've washed them and they're fresh & crease free, they're ready to turn into profit and at £5 per piece its easy money.

In regards to grading, it's really important you take just a few seconds to read the Grading description on the product before you buy. If you're not confident or don't understand grading, just give us a call or email. Our team would be more than happy to explain and or provide videos before you make a purchase. Furthermore, we have a full returns policy, if you're not happy all you need to do is let us know and upon its return we will refund 100% of the product value, its extremely easy.

We're extremely happy to hear your first 3 orders were good and we’re sorry to hear that you weren’t fully satisfied with the sizing in your last order. We do strive to ensure that our product descriptions are clear, and the variety of sizes, including extra small to extra extra large, was mentioned in the listing to help manage expectations.

We understand how important sizing is, and we aim for a fair distribution across the range of products. With a box containing 15 items, it’s common to receive a few items in different sizes, as reflected in the distribution of your order. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to review and improve our attention to detail in regards to sizing. As a courtesy, you also received a £210 discount, which we hope added value to your purchase.

Full return and refund offered but only received abuse and no information from the actual purchasing customer in addition to no response offering a full refund upon return of goods. The original purchasing customer bought Unbranded Y2K jeans purchased described as “ Product Details: Y2K Embroidered Jeans can include a range of styles, colours and designs, as well as men's and women's sizes.” Please be aware, when purchasing unbranded products cheaply, you will receive unbranded products. These items sell best for profit in professional physical retails locations with experience. For inexperienced customers we recommend branded categories with a higher and easier resale values such as Premium Branded Sweatshirts or Premium Branded Puffer Jackets.
